After putting in the aftermarket headlights by Hecasa, I'm only getting 6v to the headlights instead of 12v. Neither one are coming on of course.
I WANT TO SEE HOW TO TEST INPUT AND OUTPUT OF THE BALLAST AND IGNITER WITH A VOLTMETER
So do I. Everytime I try to test a working ballast it gives no reading on high voltage end

What if you bought new bulbs because your old one was super dimmed
Got Osram night breaker and it still seems dimmed like my old one what could it be ballast or igniter
I have a h4 harness with h1 bulbs to my retrofit headlights. I be done everything my self. The lights some times don't come on first try. Drivers light usually turn on but not passenger side. After I close and open again the switch both of them work good. Another problem is when my lights working for some minutes and I close them, the don't light up again. They need 3 minutes or so and then they work again like a charm. It looks like they need to cool down, I say. Any ideas guys? A hid canceler adaptor may help?

Only my left side won’t turn on I replaced the bulb
i put new HID in?my 16 accord but the passenger side keeps blowing a fuse the driver side works fine but when i turn them on my passenger side keeps blowing fuse why?!?!? plz help
What if they turn on sometimes? Or just one sometimes....or they work sometimes lol I need answers

John-Ray Boukarim the Gti has a different headlight assembly. If you want second square shape to light up you need aftermarket.
my bulbs both work but idk why it blows a fuse
It sounds like you have a short some where in the wiring. Your wires are touching metal somewhere.
