its your brain, there is no cure to how your brain is wired, these videos are useless and lie. relationship is natural and if its not natural on you, you can never succeed from learning on videos. your reality is how your brain is wired and its healthy state! everything else is fake.!
i still feel so much fear of rejection in daytime because you know all those girls already have so much options to choose from nowadays but also when you in sarcity you can't really fake abundance right
How do you know that though? A lot of girls suffer the same insecurities you do and really appreciate someone coming out of the internet world and approaching them in real life
Roll the dice my dude. You might not win all of them, or even most of them, but by not taking the chance you lose by default

You might not be "the top 20%" objectively [whatever the fuck that means] but you can be any individual girl's top 20% as they like different things

Your fear has nothing to do with the girl having many options. That's a bs excuse you're giving yourself to avoid dealing with your real issue. You believe you are not worth to even be considered an option for the girl you approach. Why is that? Can you change that?
