    And 2 Dumbbells
    THE EXERCISE:
    1)Curl
    2)Hammer Curl Press
    3)Squat
    REPEAT
    Do These Till Fatigued
    This Workout Will Build Muscle,Stamina And Explosiveness Above All Total Body Strength
