Part 7 - Hemi inspection and cleaning

Headed up to Mopar Dans to inspect the engine parts and crank. Prepped the block and made sure the pistons, crank and valvetrain are good to go. Also pulled apart the spare engine to get the timing cover and 45 degree oil filter housing from the Grand Cherokee Hemi
I have recently accepted a challenge presented to me by a number of followers to create a new playlist on UA-cam and share videos across my social channels of doing a complete Gen 3 Hemi swap on my 1965 Plymouth Satellite. The “challenge” is I need to do the complete swap from driving the car into the garage with its current 440/4spd setup, doing the swap, and driving it out with the gen 3 Hemi without spending any more than $1000 total out of pocket. I can only fund the project using things I currently have, by selling parts, bartering or getting sponsors. Follow along with me and see if I can do it. If it was easy, it wouldn’t be a challenge!
