Maybe stick to what you have? Or if you really want to, you can get refillable cartridges, put cleaning solution in them and do some power cleans to fill the lines with cleaning solution. Then! Fill them with black ink and again do some power cleans or if your printer allows - an initial fill cycle. 😅

Hey the flash isn't made to cure ink just get the surface layer touch dry. The only way to fully cure plastisol in a consistent way is using a conveyor dryer to allow the heat to get through the entire layer of ink @@adriantrejo6696

Conveyor dryer, I’ve used a flash dryer before but it’s an over sized flash so it covers the whole print pretty well
