My Brussels sprouts were totally hard and chewy and hard to chew. I wonder if you should steam them first so they are cooked inside? I know I cooked them long enough, the outer leaves were brown and crispy, any longer they would have burned. I guess I don’t get how the inside can soften without pre steaming.

Actually, parmesan cheese involves taking rennet from a calf's stomach so it is not vegetarian. And I found this info on Google ;) metro.co.uk/2018/04/25/parmesan-cheese-not-vegetarian-7494472/
Y’all cheese is vegetarian but not vegan! Vegan means zero animal products, amd vegetarian means dairy and eggs are allowed, generally speaking! 🙂
