So helpful what you're saying about grief. Everytime I think I get past the anger, it once again returns, yet it's not really just anger, it's deep deep hurt and sadness. I relate to what you said as whenever I go off, I, too, feel guilty and worse. Yes, I must start writing again. I'm so isolated and exhausted - good points, thanks so much, I definitely need to recharge ! Bless you, I must check out your grief bill of rights. Yes I am bouncing between anger and depression; seems for way too long and so frustrating since I am by nature such a high energy loving joyous being, yet feeling very depleted working through repeated trauma (CPTSD) 😢🙏🏼😇

Sorry I missed the live. Thanks for your explanation about higher Emotional IQ. I had this ability somewhat prior, yet after repeated trauma and devaluation, I became easily triggered and disregulated and now working on getting this resolved with emotional mastery.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It’s completely understandable how repeated trauma and devaluation can affect your emotional regulation, even if you had a higher emotional IQ before. The fact that you’re now working on emotional mastery shows a lot of strength and self-awareness. Healing from trauma is a journey, but being intentional about it is such an important step. If you're interested in more tips on the topic or if you want to explore my video library, you can use my AI: allceus.com/AskDocSnipes. Great things don't always get the appreciation they deserve! Away from attention and views seekers, The information you give is a wonderful treasure not just for sufferers but also for everyone who has got the fortune to find it. May Allah bless you for providing such helpful lectures for the masses. The views maybe kinda shrinky, though I strongly believe you've been beating up those ten-million-subscriber channels by the number of survivors you have managed to save!🥰
Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement. It truly means a lot to know that the information I share is making a positive impact. It’s not always about the views but the connection and help it can bring to those who need it most. I’m grateful for your support and your belief in the work I do-it’s a reminder of why I started. Out of curiosity, which topics have been most helpful or meaningful for you so far?
@@DocSnipes I had come here for anxiety and trauma topic. However,One of the great things about this channel is that it doesn't matter what the topic discussed is, there will be always something to get benefit from. Such as self-emprovment or improving relationships with others. Furthermore, the way of approaching those topics is terrific you managed to explain things in a way that everyone could grasp and relate to. I also like the way you combined teaching and fun.! Thanks, Dr. Dawn-Elise Snipes❤️☺️ Pardon my English 😅
Have a question for you and everyone really. Around ten to fifteen years ago a trial was held in France I think where doctors removed all the cannabinoids from several humans and unfortunatly the test subjects died. Do you or anyone know the details of of this tragic event? Thanks.
I appreciate your question, and it sounds like you’re referring to a tragic event, but I believe there may be some confusion or a mix-up with details. To my knowledge, there hasn’t been a documented trial where all cannabinoids were removed from humans, resulting in their death. Cannabinoids are naturally occurring in the human body as part of the endocannabinoid system, and their removal wouldn’t be a feasible or safe procedure. There was, however, a clinical trial in France in 2016 that led to severe outcomes. It involved a new drug that targeted the endocannabinoid system, and unfortunately, it resulted in one death and several hospitalizations due to neurological damage. If that’s what you were thinking of, it might align with the tragic nature of the event you mentioned. Does anyone else have more information or thoughts about this, or know of any other related studies?
Thank you for watching the video. I think you’re asking about DBT. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve interpersonal relationships. Originally developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan for individuals struggling with borderline personality disorder (BPD), DBT has since been adapted for a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. I have many videos on DBT. If you're interested in more tips on the topic or if you want to explore my video library, you can use my AI: allceus.com/AskDocSnipes.
