Good morning Doctor Snipes, Is it normal to feel so tired after narcissist abuse? I feel happy now but very tired.

Yes, feeling exhausted after experiencing narcissistic abuse is very common. Surviving that kind of emotional strain takes a toll on both the body and mind, often leading to something similar to emotional burnout. Even when you’re in a better place emotionally, it can take time for your energy levels to bounce back as you recover and rebuild.
Are there any specific self-care practices or routines that help you recharge? Finding ways to nurture yourself can be really helpful in this healing journey, even when you’re feeling low on energy.
