One of my major knocks of the M1 was not being able to do drags very well and had never thought of pushing it backwards. Gonna play around with that a bit more. Thanks for the shout out!
A great set of hacks! I keep wanting to add a sled to my arsenal, but I can't bring myself to get one that will scrap up pavement so this is definitely one on my shortlist.
Agree that Only downside to torque system is replacing the front tire, have to disassemble a big chunk of the system it’s a huge pain. I use mine on asphalt driveway, use 5 days a week, tire lasts about 9-10’months.

@@drew6167 I wrote up a review and did a video on the XT4 if you haven't seen it. Pros and cons of both sleds, but we ultimately kept the XT4 in our space.
@@GrayMatterLifting Yeah i saw both, do you prefer one over the other for resistance levels? You did address the M1 air tires and the XT4 swivel wheels at a sprint which was much appreciated
@@drew6167 the XT4 for me and my family definitely worked better, felt more difficult, and was easier to scale from my daughter up to me. The M1 was a little more "flat" in terms of it's difficulty. My daughter would often push on level 2 and I was on 3. Hope that helps explain it.
You may have gym equipment issues. Have a sissy squat? Anyway what did you think of the resistance? Tore Achilles and find sled is best for targeting (also bad knees so need to limit impact)
Gym equipment issues as in, too much stuff? lol... yeah, probably. Resistance is ok. The Torque is really about you working really hard so it fights back, similar to an Air Bike. I've got the Xebex XT4 that I'm testing right now, and I think it is a much better option. I've got ANOTHER sled on the way soon that should compete with that one. So keep your eyes out, two sled reviews coming in a couple months.
@@GrayMatterLifting what..? Ive read mixed in Xebec. I'm 54 now and need leg strength. Have airdyne which is great when I get the motivation to use it . Can't wait 2 min to hear of other. Little hint?
@@brentgaynor5232 The new XT4 is a nice upgrade over the previous models. I can't let loose details on the other sled... it hasn't been released yet... not even open for Pre-Sale or anything.
I think it was $22.75, If you need a tube that was an extra $10. I used it 10 minutes daily as part of the ATG program. The 1st wheel lasted about 6-8 months. Currently the weather is not good, so I use it when the ground is dry. The front tire slips more often when wet, causing more wear and tear... I push and reverse push it with the handles as well as pull it backward with straps. Pulling backward with straps causes the wheel to slip more often. I have 90 lbs of weight on top. next time I am adding an additional 60 lbs sandbag to see if that helps... @@GrayMatterLifting

If you have plenty of space, it works well. For sure dude! Looking forward to your future piece on all 3
Maybe mounting a cycling mirror for the backwards push?
Not a bad idea at all

Yeah we've used a lot of options and that was always a downside. The Tank isn't perfect, but it's the best we've used.

Interesting! I hadn't heard of anyone needing to repair it. Good feedback, I appreciate it!
Do you have a link to the pvc clamps you are using for the storage? Nice work with some great hacks!

Awesome, thank you! Very much appreciated
how did you hook that carabiner to the end of the battle rope?
@@kevinyawgel4228 it's actually not a battle rope, it is a climbing rope. So it came with it on there.
Do you like the Torque M1 or the Xebex XT4 better?
