- Ever wondered how many storylines we thought of before Cursed as you know it was created? Here you will see the more innocent start of our graduation film. We wanted to share some more progress and let you guys know we love hearing from you. We are thinking about doing more with this character since a lot of people seem to want more.
We are currently busy with another new animation that will come out later this month. For now we hope you enjoy these old storyboards.

I can imagine this being a full movie one day. It’s got potential
I like the first one bc it’s less depressing like it’s not her fault and he still gets to be her kitty cat! :’)
It's amazing how the plot is basically the same--a witch becomes reluctantly smitten with a hot guy--but each outcome is slightly different. I actually love the first scenario best where she accidentally loses the man she has a crush on, only for him to come back as a loving kitty. That one is bittersweet yet adorable at the same time.
The second scenario is incredibly dark when you realize that she killed the adorable little princess' parents and is now after her. Although her clearly unhealthy shrine to the guy is hilarious--especially when he redoes one of her paintings of him. I feel bad for the tiny princess at the end of the credits though.
The third one is very close to the finished product, with a few slight differences here and there. I do like the alternative ending to that one as well.
I'm curious to see the next animation that you guys come up with.
Honestly I want to see this fully animated hope this is some type of part 2

Someone pointed out before that there is a hidden plot going on. Also, since the final animation was a cabin in the woods... perhaps the 1st concept might be her "happy ending".
For a short story, it's still good... A potential story of its own, or a series.
Awww! I really like this because it's happier than the original. At least she can be with the guy!
I like the first story board because in the end the man still loves her even though he turned into a cat 🐱💕
Please make the first one! It was so amazing!
I would love to see more of her, but as a writer I can see the problems that would arise. What exactly would you do with her? Do you want just more of the same or do you want to give her an arch? But what direction would you take her?
The possibilities are staggering and its kind of a intimidating to think about.
If you order the versions in reverse, you could get a mini-movie about her romantic endeavours.
First, she falls in love with a guy that saved one of her victims from burning alive. It’s her first time falling in love and she's completely infatuated, but when she finds out the guy she's into is a scumbag that sleeps around with multiple women, she gets angry and ends up killing him. She moves on, until she finds another man that she falls for. Fearing him to be a womanizer too, she decides to simply love him from afar, having a whole room filled with paintings and bits that remind her of him. However, he finds her castle and discovers that room, and out of embarrassment for having her secret revealed, she ends up killing him to avoid getting too close again with a man. At this point, she's sick of love. She envies other couples that are able to make it work and seemingly have found the perfect match. Out on a stroll gathering herbs, she stumbles yet again in the presence of another man and looses it, trying to avoid the same fate as her previous romantic attempts. When her suitor arrives to woo her, she's in absolute shock. He’s seems nicer compared to the previous men, could he be the one for her?! Taken aback but the man’s gesture, she stumbles backwards, accidentally knocking over her crystal ball. The magic within it turns her new lover into a cat... and surprisingly she's okay with it. The newly turned cat still likes her, and she likes him! Everything works out in the end, and they all live happily ever after.
Moral of the story: cats (or any animal companionship) are probably better than falling in love.
The second story looked disturbing. The corpse of the little girl sitting in the corner was too much. I'm glad they went with the original story

Oh, that was really interesting to see. I had no idea you guys had multiple possibilities in mind before settling on this one. I really liked the first one as well.
I do hope to see more of this character in the future, I really like what I have seen of her. But in the meantime it will be interesting to see this other animation you have planned :)

I just found this today and immediately subscribed. Loved the animation of the story.
Looks like third time was the charm for you guys given how closely the final product resembles Storyboard Take 3. Though for what it's worth, I thought that Version 1 seemed solid enough also, and I actually thought it looked better than Version 2.

This was lovely to see, and I look forward to any animation you put out, though I do like this character. I'm glad UA-cam does occasionally give me some good suggestions on videos from time to time. I actually like the art and story of the actual animation enough to add this channel to the very small list that send me notifications. So as long as you keep putting out good content, I'll keep watching!
Thank you for the encouraging words! We are trying to create a few different style short animations, but we definitely want to come back to this character soon.

I love storyboards and animatics so much! Did you guys use a specific program for this or just Photoshop/Illustrator?
Yay! We used TVPaint for storyboarding and the final editing was done in Adobe Premiere.
I've never heard of TVPaint but I looked at a few examples. I love the look of these different projects. They all seem to feel the same in what I am assuming to be the "paint" part of the program. The brush strokes and colors just seem to blend so well and create such a sense of cohesion. I give full credit where credit is due though! A program without great artists to use it is nothing more than a program!
