    Great video have worked with base coat and mesh for over 20 here in the states never put it over blk,but we don't have that top coat here all acrylics and sand and cement

      yeah its not a spec you have to follow here either, the renders can go straight on to the block, I literally do it to cover my back lol

    Tidy work ,
    A little tip we use a 10mm tile notched adhesive trowel to get consistant depth for mesh to bed into helps get even coverage .buy everybodys different enjoyed vid thanks subscribed

    Hey, great video. Do you put more mesh into the monocouche when you apply it? Or does that have the same effect?

    Great video! My house is an LBC brick build, would this method still be alright to go over that? Cheers

      hello mate i would put a base coat on to brick mate, just a tight coat, give the mono a nice background to grab. mesh it and put a key in pal.

      How did you get on. Im about to basecoat thermalites. I was going to apply rendagrip first to hopefully kill suction. What was your procedure , Cheers
