The candidate promotes himself during this video.
This clearly shows that this candidate is lack of ethics, morals and virtues.
As per the prevailing election law (explained by the election commissioner Mr. Saman Sri Rathnayake), a candidate commits the crime when a video is published (after 12 midnight on September 18th) either by the candidate or someone else for promoting himself/herself with his/her knowledge. Hence this candidate has surely committed a crime.
Therefore whether he wins or loses, he should be brought to justice.
