Also remember when James did not look like the literal definition of a hipster.
I thought it was a cool map too. Not particularly creative or interesting to look at, but it seemed well paced and fair. Great for the average player, unlike most levels that seem nearly impossible or free win. And yeah, I remember, that was back before hipster commonly used. At least Nova's content hasn't fallen far over the years, I don't particularly like his editor, but I'm probably older than the target audience.
Looking at the way the map was set up, I would totally watch him play Super Mario 3D world. =P

Same. This level is tough, but not unforgiving. Right when you feel like all hope is lost, you're thrown a powerup and a 1up to go with it!

That bomb thing at the end is genius. Prevents players so they can't just rush the last boss.

punpun Technically every plugin plays with the voice. There's Compressors, Reverbs, Delays, Vocoders ( like Vocodex ) Phasers, Flangers, Pitch Shifters, Chorus effects, Doubler effects, And so on. That's the most I can think of on the top of my head for now.
GVST's Gsnap is an Automatic tuning plugin, does the Autotune T Pain style effect. There's also Pitch Proof, which is a Pitch Shifter, which can be used as a Harmonization Effect if you duplicate the vocal, and push up a major 3rd or so.
