      @@slumberlisa I totally agree.
The first concert was weird for me because I am used to concerts with a mosh pit and cops hauling people away. Not TØP fans though. Everyone seems so respectful of each other. Name any other band that has this type of following.

@@jeffveron8783 Panic at the Disco and Waterparks comes to mind. PATD isn't known for mosh pits, but it is a religious experience. Waterparks has the mild mosh pit and a" we are an family" vibe like TOP

Since you're interested in Tyler's family/brother. He actually did a song with his older brother Zack back in 2011, it's called kitchen sink. Kitchen sink is one of the most beloved songs by the fans. Also, Tyler's younger brother Jay Joseph makes his own music. It can be found on youtube and most music apps I think

Tyler said as they got more involved in the music industry he was discouraged to find out how many songs weren't written by the artists who sang them and how little some artists were involved in the creative process or don't even like the genre of music they release, they just do it to find commercial succes, whereas he and Josh have always tried to do as much themselves as possible and only release music they actually enjoy!

Saw them in concert for the first time finally this summer. It was worth the 18 hrs drive there and 18 hrs back. I watch alot of reaction videos. Love finding new music that way and seeing people find music I love. This channel is the best!

People reading comments see the RT by my name? Just catch Tom live sometime, I was gifted a membership and was able to watch more tøp reactions in members only! They often gift memberships, it’s a nice community, I’ve even gifted in return. If you want more twenty one pilots reactions it’s worth it!

You asked about the Hazmat suits -- "Fame" and "Success" can be toxic. It is subtitled in the video, "Why do I kneel to these concepts?" "Tempted by control" and "Controlled by temptation." The crowd all kneels as well. In the end though...it is Fame and Success that kneel to him! I love it! My daughter introduced me to this band. I became a huge fan as well. Multigenerational music and lyrics!

The overall message is about the music industry. You have pop, rock, country, and TOP was being told to stay in their lane by people who might not even be around tomorrow. They are making their gown way, doing their ow thing. They aren’t comfortable being in a lane.

If you say you are about mental health and awareness. PLEASE, dig into the lore. You need to know the whole world he has created with his music. Everything matters. The colors they use, the videos have stuff hiddent that most casual listeners won't understand. Like, for instance I noticed that you didn't mention in this video about Fame and Success. If you notice he says, "Do I kneel to these concepts?" "Tempted by control, controlled by temptation" He is kneeling in the begging of the live show, and then at the end Fame and Success are kneeling to him! Plus, Fame and Succes are in hazmat suits symbolizing that they are toxic and the music industry is toxic.. They only care about singles that make the money. TOP cares about US the fans of their music. They care about the people that heal from their music. Thats another reason why we love them so much! There is so much more and you should watch the videos in order to understand the story and world he's created. It's absolutely mindblowing!

I wish you would start looking into the Lore (story line) they have created. You mention how you wonder how the red and yellow fit into everything and its all intertwined with the story they and piece together with each era that comes out. I was at the Icy tour as well. That whole opening video with them and the door has to do with the story, just about every single one of their outfits have a connection and are crucial to the lore. You probably saw during No chances at the start those silhouettes of hooded figures on the screen behind him, those are the bishops. They are crucial to the story. Everything and i mean just about everything has a a double meaning. Theres a meaning in their songs that can be applied to the real world but he flips the script and then theres a double meaning that directly applies to the Lore and story they try to tell. Just about all the Blurryface era vids are the set up of the Lore, getting you prepared and teasing you for whats to come. Then in Trench its full on Lore, then on Scaled and Icy its even MORE lore. People like to say Trench is extremely lore filled and it most definitely is but i would say that SAI is even more Lore heavy because it expands upon that universe even more then what Trench originally did. The order you’re listening to these songs in is totally fine, but if you wanna pick up lots of elements of the story then theres a very specific order you have to watch the videos in. I can very easily give you that list if you please

Aaahhhh you gotta tell us more about that experience!!!! We went to the one in KC, and took my kids. It was the best experience they've had. Yesterday on therapy, my therapist asked me to think of someone or something that I consider as my protector. I don't have anyone but I have this band, their lyrics, their way to show that they care, and I have the clique. I feel protected, accepted, loved and understood by them. I'm so thankful they helped me stay alive.

Ever see the movie "Amadeus"? They captured the reality of killing a man by reigning him in into a life of mediocrity. But true knowledge of self usually takes a catastrophic event that may in it's self be fatal.
Then there's years of soul searching through 12 step program and/or therapy... my first experience of Twenty One Pilots was "Car Radio" and I was taken aback by the messaging.

This video is part of the reason we joke about Tyler being our cult leader. 😂 it's pretty hard to get an entire audience to crouch down in a wave so cleanly.

Also after listening fully to your reaction, she explained basically everything you did. I'm very sad she didn't end up getting her degree. She's doing fine but she was insanely qualified and and intelligent in how she viewed psychology. I'd like to believe that's a big strength of mine myself, but it's a personality trait, not a career path I envision for myself.
I'm just glad for her that she is doing well. I still have love for her.

I think the clique should, collectively, petition /beg Tyler and Josh to sit down with Reaction Therapy for an exclusive interview. A live interview that RT live streams here on UA-cam, for free, so ALL the fans can be a part of it. I am a major fan, and TOP has done A LOT for my mental health. But I think Tom has another level of appreciation the average listener may not have (no matter how big a fan) considering his professional interest as a psychotherapist.
