Are you talking about the silver color disk? That opens to let Grinds shoot into the basket and close during hot water flow

I'm interested in this coffeee maker. Is it possible to brew a carafe or cup using preground beans?

Yes u just turn the strength dial all the way down and itll say "pre ground" the grinder won't turn on

Aju my single cup won’t pour coffee on my breville Barista all I see pressure but no pour lol…what is causing this and I faced it quite often machine is cleaned and descaled and did clean little wholes..

Hi Alan, have you tried to run without Grinds and are you getting hot water every time you extract? If yes then try to reduce your Grind amount to 7.5g or Grind it Coarser and see.
