Man I've been working on cars professionally for 40 years, have done some body and paint over the years. I've seen about everything there is to see in automotive and I'm not easily impressed, but you take shit I would have thrown away and turn it into parts that look better than factory, brotherman, I am impressed, not only by your work but the attitude you show about rebuilding this stuff. Keep them videos coming, I need something to watch that's positive after a long day of customers bitching. Thanks.

I concur, and I'm glad I stumbled across this channel. I'm in the beginning stages of an interior restoration on my own 86' GMC Sierra Classic. I graduated high school in 86' and I bought this truck intending to give it a light once over to flip, but after I drove it a couple times I fell in love. You can believe my wife was not very happy when I told her I was gonna keep it, but she'll get over it. Anyhow 1st time I've commented here but these videos are great

Did not expect the dash could be saved at all. Looked like it was stored under the sea for 10 years and then a volcano spread lava all over it. You turned it into something that looked very reasonable given the circumstances. Cheers!

"Well done" seems like an understatement. Very cool to breathe new life to an old item. All the best.

All I can say is wow! You are such a perfectionist. I dont think the truck when it was new had such care taken with the dash. I have watched other videos with the same job but none have come out quite like yours. To say you do good work is an understatement. That dash is perfect. If I just saw pictures of before and after, I would say that the person was lyimg and that was a newly purchased item. Wow!
