  • 10 1 pump burpees with 1 squat chaser
    10 2 pump burpees with 2 squat chaser
    10 3 pump burpees with 3 squat chaser
    10 4 pump burpees with 4 squat chaser
    Go until you reach 10 7 pump burpees with 7 squat chaser and then go back down the pyramid.

    I love that you're basically doing the toughest most effective workout on earth in a room with equipment people who won't come near your fitness levels would think they need to use to get fit. You show us that you just need a small space and nothing but your body weight to touch elite levels of fitness. Amazing to see this.

      I keep telling people this and no one listens. I think that they know that it is hard, so they keep trying to go the easy route, regaining weight, such a stupid revolving door.

      I dislike “machines” as much as next person but does he really only do this exercise to get this fit you believe? No back exercise? No leg exercises other than bodyweight squats? I find it hard to believe.

    Thanks for the motivation man. Because of your videos, I integrated burpees into my routine a few months ago, now it's one of my favorite exercises. Today I did a 1k burpees challenge, which took me around 4 hours. Everyone needs that suffering to appreciate life more, it gives confidence and makes daily life easier.

    Awesome! I remember when I was training boxing down in SD, I’d often do a similar workout outside my barracks room, had somebody once tell me that it wasn’t real PT. Lol
    Corps should get rid of the sit-up portion and add 2-3 minutes of weighted jump rope, underestimated!

      @@MulhollandFIT it’s not an attack on him. Just want to know if he sees /feels benefits. I was surprised by his adding of skipping. I do a lot skipping and imo , burpees are better for cardiovascular fitness. I can jump nearly 45 min without a break with an hvy battlerope but I can’t do 20 min nonstop burpees 😅.
      For me the morecount burpees are my nemesis

      I used to just skip outside and it wore through my rope. Picked up a cheap yoga mat to protect it, does the trick. Mine isn't a crossrope though

      Two things to consider: 1.rope will get damaged fast and need to replaced soon. 2. concrete is bad for your angles at a long term perspective even if you got good shockabsorbing shoes.

    Few days earlier i was doing this exercise in the living room where i was training i opened window and i was hit by a draft very strong a day later ... I needed fresh AIR but it cost me a lot

    No jump rope ...Had to make due with some paracord. Just curious if the weight in the weighted rope is in the handles or in the rope itself?

    Question : do you eat anything before work out or are you on an empty stomach? I mostly train in the morning and eat a banana and peanut butter, but some say it is good to train on an empty stomach.
