Poor Mike and Josh… They died at the very end. You can’t run to the switch before everyone leaves the cabin first. Mike is usually the last one to stay anyway, and a lot of people end up getting the plan wrong because of it. I think Mike and Sam’s dynamic was one of the best. To save Josh, it’s very specific. First, you have to find Hannah’s diary, which was on the left side of the water mill. That’s why it’s a good idea to always check the whole area. In the diary, she reveals the whole truth about what happened to her. Even though it’s obvious, she basically committed cannibalism with her own sister so she wouldn’t starve to death while she was hurt and alone. After Sam realizes this, she tells Josh a brief summary about it. Josh has three possible endings: he either dies, becomes a Wendigo, or remains human (if you regret your actions during the game). You have to be very empathetic during the sessions and show regret before starting Chapter 9. 35:44 Either way, he would become a Weendigo anyway if he stayed alive, since these were the options, there was supposed to be an option of "I'm sorry" or "It was just a game".

If you would've checked the results of the butterfly effects in the main menu you wouldve seen that you missed a key piece of information that got Josh killed....Sam was suppose to find Hannahs diary in the mines where she describes herself turing into a Wendigo .. it was while you and Mike were walking through the water toward the end
