NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I have a Singer merritt serger & there is some kind of complex interaction between the R & L looper. There is some special trick to getting these to loop & I have not figured it out. Your video does not say anything about how to get the R & L threads to loop with each other.
these things are a nightmare. this video is a joke if you think its that easy. this thing is going to meet a baseball bat soon if I cant get it working.
This is the best Serger video, I have watched. Easy to follow. Great advice.

Your one looper probably has a hole at the elbow of the hook to run the string down to the hole at the end.
