Hello coach. I just found your channel like 2 days ago and I must say I really love your work. I am 15 years old, and i am really skinny and not so tall for my age. I am football player and speed, agility and dribbling were always my biggest strengths.
But i lack physicality. I wanted to start lifting weights and get a strength and conditioning coach. Everyone was telling me that it will slow me down, and make me uncoordinate. I was telling them that even elite footballers lift heavy. But i didnt know nothin about fascia. Nor did the others, but they just knew it from the experience. So even tho i am fast and always have been, my fascial connection is weak and i am a quad dominant. It could be because i didnt really play barefoot throughout most of my childhood, i started playing football at 4( i was playing barefoot mostly), but since i was 7 i started playing football competitively for a club and since then i have been wearing only football boots most of the time. I wanna push my speed limits even further and i have decided to trust this road.
Sadly i cant afford any of your programs or your book. I have to only train and educate myself through your YT channel.
And so I have a couple of questions i would like to know answers to. I have watched a lot of your vids already, but in case i ask something you already answered and i missed it, i apologize in advance.
(I am level 1 of fascial connection)
    1. Can I reach stage 4 of fascia connection if i only do the 3 basic HFT exercises? ( Ofc if I do them correctly) Or will i have to do some progressions?
    2. How long does it usually take to reach stage 4 of fascial connection ( if I do it all correctly)
    3. I know you said in some of your vids. that we should do those 3 HFT exercises 3 times a week, but if i did it everyday, will it be more benefitial and will the fascia connection develop faster or its the same?
    4. While I am building the fascial connection and becoming glute dominant, can i still do bodyweight leg exercises like squads, pistols squads, and lunges? ( assuming i am still not stage 4)
Will it harm me or benefit me?
    5. While i am bulding the fascial connection, is it beneficial to do core exercises like deadbug, superman or plank? ( My core is hella weak, probably the weakest part of my body, and sometimes my lower back gets sore after training because of it)
    6. Can I train with my team even though i dont feel any soreness in my glutes yet? ( I am afraid that it would just have the opposite effect of what i am trying to build through HFT.
Do cold showers and baths benefit or harm the fascia connections?
    7. At what stage should i start activating my glutes? ( when i focus on it with my mind )
And how do i do it?
    8. When I reach the stage 4 of fascia connection, and become completely glute dominant. Can I start lifting weights and do some weighted explosive movements, without risk of losing or damaging the fascia connection
    9. Do cold showers and baths benefit or harm the fascia connections?
    10. Will static stretching after training harm the fascia connections? ( at all stages )
Thank you for this content, and even though you dont know me or my feet, i hope you answer all of the questions the best you can.
Thank you for your amazing work. Definitelly following and waiting for more. ❤🔥💪

I followed your advice and did lots of the toe curling exercising. Every time I did the towel curl my feet would cramp HEAVY?? But after a football session I felt my glutes working 70% and calves 30%. Thanks man

Hello Coach Chong, I will be a division 1 athlete next year. I am the fastest, most explosive player on my team and have always been. However I don’t feel any connection from my feet to the glutes. As expected I have knee pain and patellar tendinitis. I will continue to do all the hyperarch fascia exercises, as well as rolling out fascial adhesions. Is there any advice you can offer me? Thank you

Bro i dont know u and im happy for u, just do the basic 3 hft 3-4 times a week and roll with a hard tenniss sized ball and youll start to feel it in months just gotta stay consistent cus fascia takes a long time. btw can you give tips on how to get the speed?

      @macheteman110 Рік тому

@@Arabiangigachad I will definitely continue to do it. Thanks bro. Persistence and consistency will always help. When I was younger I was very active and was outside playing sports barefoot. I have always been fast. I think anyone can achieve their athletic prime and become “fast.” I am honestly not qualified to give you any advice on how to become faster. But from my personal experience lifting weights made me slower. If you are a footballer then focus on perfecting your technical abilities and vision of the game. The best players in the world are there because they have technical prowess. The fastest player on the field is the ball and the player that can control the ball and make the best decisions quickly. That is my advice I can offer you.

Hey coach, I have about a 46 inch vertical but suffer from a lot of pains, like knee pain and shin splints. I can jump really high of course but my fascia connection is weak because I cant feel my glutes during towel curls. Since my connection is weak do you think i still have a lot vertical left in my body that I cannot access currently. I would love to hear your thoughts.
