They reinvented Z52 twice before buffing the actual Z52, what a dumb world we live in.
It was dumb to begin with, that CCs were playing it like an Elbing and then complaining that it is worse than Elbing.
Instead of looking at it like a vastly superior replacement for the Z-52.
What is it about it that makes it so much better than z52? I only see the better farming potential thanks to ballistics and accuracy, the longer range torps and 4k HP. And for that it gives up 0.3 concealment, which is very important for the smoke+hydro role, and quite a lot of HE dpm.

@@aAaa-ih3hw The concealment difference is actually rather negligible, you get spotted sooner, but by the time a dd turns away from you will most likely still spot it. It may have less HE dpm, but the guns are so much more accurate and have so much better ballistics that you just don't miss and can snipe dds even at max range. It's the same reason why Elbing is still a respectable opponent to any other dd despite it being so much worse on paper. The fact you don't miss and can literally pinpoint any part of the ship you're shooting at makes you a menace. In terms of size, both ships are thick as fuck, but you got a 25mm section that is more helpful against ships than you'd think.
DD main. Wasn't going to buy it, but got the gold version in a santa box. I was very wrong, very similar conclusions to your own. The extra armour is also nice, a lot of shatters in DD fights, which makes you surprisingly survivable alongside the HP. That 400m between conceal and hydro can be a pain into good DD players, and the ship is pretty heavy on necessary captain skills, which limits builds you can effectively run, but the overall balance of the ship (solid guns, solid torps, solid hydro, decent speed, decent survivability, decent-ish conceal) makes it really flexible.

Server stats isn't a reliable stat especially with a low sample size. (For example Tiger59 has such good stat....because only unicium CC own that ship)
Just sell me a hydro module for my Schultz and it's all good.
15:10 there is a carrier bug for half of year now I think, it makes fighter consumable not go on cooldown when they get shot down or when they fly off after shooting down enemy planes so it is impacting anti plane builds the most. I wonder why they didn't fix that one yet. Don't know don't care, just thought it's funny that this particular one is in the game for so long.

Dam, want to get oranje but sadly will miss out on hoffmann. Quite happy to see 2 well made ships but ofc wg keeps the griefing shit available to purchase (as usual). Fun fact, svea also has bug, right clicking to go into free look will zoom in a little, that is it. Insignificant but I still find it funny how wg doesn't give a shit about this

@@MarcusKuann If they are within hydro range the dpm is less of an issue because they risk getting trapped, and the alpha is also higher than shima (which is relevant when taking a very brief fight, especially relevant when cover is near or one of the two are about to go dark).

11:42 says that, and fucking goes and gets a 300k + game! :P You're pretty damn fucking good at this game, and it's just STUPID watching better people play this game so god damn effortlessly and getting 200k+ games in their sleep, whilst I struggle to get consistently 100-150k games in :P whilst the occasional 200k+ comes once in a full moon :P
It truly comes down to luck and positioning. A good DPM ship in the perfect spot of "constant targets but not too many" will have you shattering 300k every game. Don't beat yourself up for not having that perfect storm, just focus on winning the game for your team and topping the leaderboard. Those stats are what matters and consistency will show. (My damage record was 350k in a DesMoines after I had a slava push the corner broadside on for a free 75k, a stalingrad that didnt know how to angle, and 2 GK's to burn down. It was free, required next to no effort, just a point and click adventure aside from the 2km slava jumpscare xD)
