Hello, Wanted to say thanks for this video. I'm new to WoWs and this is my first cruiser, currently playing it with range mod and this is a good overview of Leg Mod gameplay as well as some essentials regarding how the ship plays. I have found that what you have said is true, in that my ability to impact the game is outsized compared to my skill level, but it is nice to be able to effect the game more as a solo player. Still learning shot placement, as AP seems to be rather unforgiving for a new player, and specifics of the ships you're shooting at is important to know! Appreciate the content, will look forward to more.

Hey Gang Kremlin special upgrade is incredibly buffed and now the -1 consumable nerf is gone. You play incredibly aggressively inside enemy lines like I did with Kremlin, the special upgrade gives you better reloading (which gives you 4 citadels and more to shoot before dying at close range) and +12 turret traverse buff indirectly. With Kremlin you almost never shoot long 20s with this playstyle, but on a ship like Kremlin at close range such turret traverse buff and 6% extra dpm gives you adrenaline and crazy power in 22-23 seconds. Don't worry about the dispersion due to the shortening range, I have never had any problems with this thanks to Kremlin dispersion formula. Please try LegMod, it will be incredibly beneficial to your playstyle.

NO BUILD?

Im happy to see that you dont load AP in the Daring for most DD fights. I have been arguing this point for years not (use HE, not AP), but the apes on reddit or the forums just keep repeating it like its the f*cking gospel. With AP you will generally get some bounces or overpens, at which point the dpm falls to around HE levels or even lower. Meanwhile you dont bust modules or set fires, and if you mistime ammo loading you might even get all bounces. You cannot afford that in a knife fight imo, and im happy to see a strong player use HE instead of relying on AP.

This is why BBs don't need overmatch, bullshit platings, cruiser dispersion or cruiser concealment in order to do fine. The new BBs are literally just designed for apes to feel better about themselves in their 45% WR as they triple cit some 55% hapless cruiser who made a slight mistake.

The crazy thing is, if you tried any of the plays in these two matches nowadays, you'd instantly get overmatched and 3 shotted by the 2 additional BBs the enemy team has camping these sight lines. No wonder nobody plays cruisers anymore.

This is where the average wows sh*tter 48% BB main will come and say "well he made a misplay, so ofc he should be punished". Implying that he is very skilled to begin with who is able to point and click something that had like 6 seconds reaction time at 12 km due to a misplay. While complaining that torps devstriking him with 60s reaction time (from launch to impact) means that DDs are OP. I absolutely detest the vast majority of BB players, and think they're worse than even CV players because of how numerous, BAD and entitled they are at the same time. It is obvious if you're a good player that has played for a few years, that this class is overtuned as all hell, and is deliberately designed this way to appeal to 48% sh*tters.

I totally agree, the BB class is OP and has been for many years now (especially since IFHE nerf and flooding nerf). The only reason the community hasnt latched on to this (and keep latching on to CVs and subs) is because the VAST majority of players in this game are mediocre 48% BB mains. WG obviously caters to their target demographic by buffing the class when it doesnt need one, nerfing other classes that happen to find a niche against BBs, and generally making BBs the most resistant to misplays, getting the biggest average damage numbers (EVEN when you check the stats for only the top 5% of super unicums across classes), are always restricted in CBs/tournaments unlike cruisers (for good reason, because we know that a BB/DD meta would evolve otherwise). All so that these sh*tters can keep feeling powerful and good at this game when they devstrike a cruiser that was briefly spotted at 12 kms. This whole nonsense is a DELIBERATE design choices, and 48% sh*tters that pretend like the only problem is overmatch, dont fundamentally understand how strong this class is compared to cruisers. And if anyone even attempts to claim that I am just another whiny cruiser main, thats wrong. I main DDs, and I personally think that cruisers are getting the short end of the stick here. Yes you heard that right, cruisers need a big buff in this game, coming from a DD main. Once you get past 55% or so (which most potatoes dont do), radar is no longer really a major issue, and its obvious that cruisers need such gimmicks to even stay relevant in the first place to force engagements or zone out a cap. F* BB mains, the epitome of casual sh*tters in a F2P game.

I am still missing that positioning guide, but tip on Colombo leg mod is already public. Anyway you almost sold me it, I like Colombo but it doesn't work well in ranked I play mostly 🤷🏼‍♀️ GG

This Daring makes no sense. Have you checked his account? He has 51% account WR, his about 12 most played ships all have between 50% and 58% and then, only with Daring he has 39% WR with a 470 PR over 700 played in this ship. There is something very off.

That daring should be banned. 8m in he's gone from B10 to A10 just afk gaming. Or maybe it's an Ahskance special 18km daring, who knows.

the thing is... Incomp have normal BB fuse of .033, not like Lauria that have .015. with identical krupp factor.

I just don't like how incomp is great at fucking on cruisers like dm/salem, but it is what it is I guess, great game anyway. Not sure how many people have asked this already but is there any Jacksonville vid coming up?

This was a great replay and demonstration of the Incomp's pros and cons. However, that Daring is an absolute specimen. Starts game 1/4 speed. Turns around leaves flank. Goes to the other flank, traversing spawn. Rams a sub. Finishes 4th. If they didn't have 42k games played, I would say this is an example of WoWs match results reinforcing bad habits, but this man is long gone and never changing.

Legend has it that whenever g4nnnnnnnnnnng releases a video he always plays Halland (best dd) on SEA server for 6 hours on Twitch.

I'd love to get and play the Incomp but whenever I think of buying it I remember CVs exist and I close the armory again.

I changed to this spec now but before I ran the 4 point AA skill and then no CV in the game can even get close to you. You just vaporize all planes.

About that cursed fire rng vs Odin. I often checked the profiles of people who re seemingly immune to get lit. And its always the glue eaters. That sounds tinfoil of course but maybe WG got some hidden bs going here to give their herd of animals a "better experience"?

6:25 - Maine does 14.5k to you despite you being perfectly angled. He then does 10k in the follow up salvo. He can do this with a shorter reload and more accurate guns. I don’t really feel like you’re making a super strong argument here.

What would you take for steel nowadays? Lauria or Incomp? And is Incomp only viable without CVs?

I was pretty sure that IJN Cruisers have 25mm bow... Otherwise you wouldnt get all pens with the SAP either if you didnt overmatch right ?

Sick replay, Gang! Preussen, GK and Repub are crying in the corner now, looking at the cracked Colombo. Tbh, what i wanna see instead of those three getting overbuffed like the latter (wont happen on ger ships anyways) would be an overall BB normalization. Nothing going faster than 33kts, except frenchies. No braindead conceal, BBs only outspotting cruisers in rare cases like Incomp vs Stalin. AP performance overhaul, more punishing power vs broadsides but less i click you get overmatched/sapped into oblivion bs. And a rebalancing of the improved/superheal heal BBs. Finally encourage team oriented BB gameplay by tuning down range and long range accuracy on some BBs and remove both CVs and Subs from PvP entirely. Will never happen of course. Just wanted to point out whats wrong with BBs. Its quite a list.

I must be honest this is probably the worst balanced legmod in the game on a battleship that legitimately ignores your angling the video you made before really contrasts what the buff/legmod did to the columbo where before it was meh now it's a monster
