@dzello doesn't matter, ship is too strong anyways. Like hildebrand and Libertad too. This isn't balance at all. Either they give huge buffs to old ships like Montana in mobility or huge nerfes on new ships that have as BB better mobility than most destroyers

@@alessandronazzaro8050 cos WG says so... lol. the pen drops to 200mm+ after the 3rd bounce (thus to cit cruisers, need to aim with 3rd bounce)
