Analysis: Stance & Arm Extension

After getting feedback on a different video I posted in the Deliberate Training Group V2 FB Group, I put together a few sequences so I could come back and analyze and compare, specifically my arm extension and also my stance as it pertains to not leaning into my stance enough to help mitigate recoil pushback.
