    Okay, I'm from Louisiana, and this is freaking hilarious! But unless the person speaking is REALLY old (seriously, I had a HARD time understanding what my grandparents were saying on a good day), a Cajun accent isn't really all that indecipherable. The French terminology sprinkled in ... well, that's a different thing.
    And yes, we do eat that much crawfish during crawfish season. I sometimes wonder about my friend's sanity.
    And yes, we really do have drive-thru daquiri shops.

    I'm from Louisiana and while not everyone talks like this in LA, this is pretty accurate for the people that do. *Way* more accurate than those Texan accents they give us in all the TV shows. Those make me cringe to my soul.

      Ikr me Too! OMG, what they gotta understand is that Texas has at least 4 distinct accents, North, South, West, East. They all sound a bit different. I'm from East Texas, just think Matthew McConaughey and that's it lol, we have more of a twang a drawl to ours. I'm not gonna embarrass myself trying to explain the other 3, as I'm not from there and I wouldn't do them justice. Lol 😄

      North Florida, basically the panhandle across to the Atlantic, is still deep South. Central Florida in yankee retirement zone. And south Florida is cuban, other than the Everglades. And then there's the Keys, which are just the Keys. Nothing else like them anywhere.

    As someone who lived in Polk County (Lakeland) and moved to Louisiana, stay out of Polk county, drive through daqueries are amazing, and by God I kiss Crawfish season.

    The irony of all this is DC has been burning for the last year and Florida and Louisiana are just fine.
    (Don't @ me, I live in VA less than 3 hours from DC, I'm there all the time, I am perfectly aware of how bad the capital has gotten. It is damn near a warzone like Chiraq)
