He most certainly does! I've kept in touch with him simply because he was just so great to be around. Fantastic human. Thanks for watching and the feedback!
My Grandmother is from Pisa, my Father went with my grandparents to Italy as a boy and visited the tower. I've always wanted to go to feel that connection between my family. Watching this video was as close as I've been to getting that so far. Thank you.
Wow, that's amazing! Pisa is such a beautiful city. I had no idea the town, which has an ancient wall around it, is just as impressive as the tower. I truly hope you get to visit one day! Thanks for watching and the feedback.
@@terryakerley4587 super appreciate this amazing feedback! So glad you are going to see it in person. Every time it comes into view I’m still speechless. Defies logic that it’s still standing. Have fun, and definitely share a pic with me when you get back!
@@BrianJosephMorgan Thanks so much! Honestly, what works best is just getting Artrageous on their radar often! So, sharing episodes whether on LinkedIn, facebook, instagram, etc. then tagging and/or direct messaging them is EXTREMELY helpful. Right now we are working towards Curiosity Stream, Netflix, or The Travel Channel. UA-cam is great, but it's just not a sustainable platform for creators. At least creators that want to eat;) Thanks again for all your support and encouragement!
Haha! Well, it’s so secure that it would be nearly impossible at this point. But, it’s insane to see in person for sure. Thanks for watching and the feedback!
Tour the tower itself? Yeah, you could definitely do it in a 1/2 hour. Tour all the other locations in this square? I think you would need at least a couple hours. Pisa itself is really beautiful, so I'd also plan on spending time inside this walled city! Have fun!
@@RSparrow3936 Not just sad, but definitely a mistake to assume you can drain a river and then build a massive structure on it! Thanks for watching and the feedback.🙌
The Ratneshwar Mahadev Temple, Manikarnika Ghat, Banaras, BHARAT is a 74 meters high structure, leaning at 9°, whereas Leaning Tower of Pisa's a 54 meters high structure, leaning at 4°. Yet, the world's unaware of Shree Ratneshwar Mahadev Temple (aka Kashi Karvat). P.S. I admire Leaning Tower of Pisa too, but Kashi Karvat is no less than an Engineering Marvel. Nice video, BTW.
haha! Very true! I don't think the Italian government would be too happy about that. Also, the last time I was there I saw two armed army guys pacing around. That soup can wouldn't last long! Thanks for watching and the feedback!

The Ratneshwar temple near Manikarnika Ghat located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, leans by 9 degrees, which is 5 degrees more than the leaning tower of Pisa.
Haha! I was surprised too! I figured there was something more interesting inside. I will say it was definitely disorienting walking up those steps. Crazy experience! Super appreciate the feedback, and thanks for subscribing and sharing!
Definitely! I would say it was the perfect example of terrible planning, and a brilliant engineering repair project. Haha! Thanks for watching and the feedback!
Absolutely! If you watch the video we talk about how the architect almost immediately knew it was falling. Of course, now engineers have made it so it not only won't get worse, but it also move back slightly. Guess that's what happens when you build a tower next to a former river bed.
Hahaha! So true! It drove my guide nuts:/ I really wish people would put as much work into learning the history and culture as much as crafting the "perfect" leaning selfie. Appreciate you checking out the episode!
You can tell the tour guy genuinely loves his job. The energy is infectious. Love the video.

I should go in there with a chef outfit and broomed mustache, eat pizza, do the hand gesture and say "bellisimo" so i can absorb the pasta power
Hahaha! I mean, there is a sweet pizza place just steps away from the tower. I'd start there.
Beautiful and iconic. Never change unnamed tower, never change.
What a nice man and informative video thank you

Some people call it the leaning tower of pisa

The Ratneshwar Mahadev Temple is 13 meters not 74 meters , even a quick look at wikipedia dis-spells this misinformation.

I doubt that it would be straightened, even if possinle, as then it would just be a tower which is only woth seeing from the outside!

Well it was initially codenamed "The Leaning Tower of Pizza" around Mid 2018

If its not leaning, then this tower will be just a tower.
The defect is what made the tower so famous.
