- This is a quick review of Bal D’ Afrique from the house of Byredo. Plus an unboxing of “The Derek” shoe by Magnanni. Happy Father’s Day, enjoy the video! Bal D Afrique is a warm and romantic vetiver inspired by Paris in the late 20's and its infatuation with African culture, art, music and dance. A mix of Parisian avantgardism and African culture shaped a unique and vibrant expression. The intense life, the excess and euphoria is illustrated by Bal d'Afrique's neroli, African marigold and Moroccan cedarwood
The Derek Royal by Magnanni, is a fashion double monk strap featuring a medallion toe and uniquely styled perforations along its side. The heel is accented with their Grabado stamped leather, and the shoe is finished with a full leather outsole. Leather lined Bologna construction offers an all leather cushioned footbed and unrivaled flexibility.

Happy to see everyone has the performance issues with Bal D’Afrique lol. I thought my bottle was fake until I read several reviews. With that said, it’s an incredible fragrance and I’ll be rocking it this summer a lot!

Bal D' Afrique smells amazing. After reading reviews about its performance I was surprised that my bottle performs a bit better than what most are saying.
About how many hours are you getting?
@@Dimadome12 I would say about 6/7 hours, with about 3 hours projection, but I wear it mainly in warm weather. It may be more in cooler weather.

The first of the month I bought a pair of Italian Magnanni dress shoes for a Wedding I'm attending in California from Nordstroms. Never seen them on someone else's feet. I actually got mine last yrs memorial day sale at Nordstroms. Little tip I got from Elegant Oxford tutorial. Byredo bal d afrique is not worth it's price. It's a very simple fragrance. There are so many fragrances that are equal and cheaper. I'm rocking nishane hacivat today.
