I like coffee. But I like healthy coffee. Maybe I found one?

I've just watched the follow-up video to your MDWTR video and I'm sorry to hear that you went back to coffee. I hope it hasn't affected your sleep. I've gone through the same headache pain myself and now that I'm free from coffee, I wouldn't go back. But if I do, I'll make sure to buy a healthy coffee that you recommend.
Edward, yes I'm drinking coffee again, but it's not a bad thing. I limit myself to good, healthy coffee 2 x a day and I'm fine. Thanks for watching!
Grinding right before a brew does maintain freshness. We have an espresso machine that grinds the beans automatically before each brew. It’s the best coffee I’ve ever had. I won’t ever go back.

Freshness is important even as it relates to the grind. As you grind there is more surface area and the lipids on the coffee can become rancid pretty quickly. Always best to go the extra mile and grind just what you use if at all possible.

Since the Protect (high CGA) coffee is specifically formulated for liver care, I'm curious if it promotes a trip to the bathroom right after drinking it, more than the other types? I've tried thier other coffees but nervous to try Protect for this reason lol

I watched your mud water review and was thinking of trying, now I see you are back to coffee. I’ve been a coffee drinker all my life. Do you recommend me skipping mudd water and trying this coffee instead?
Josh, that’s a good question. In my opinion, if you think you are drinking too much and can’t seem to stop, I would suggest trying MUD\wtr. I was suffering from that issue and MUD\wtr helped. However, if you are fine with the amount of coffee you drink everyday, then I would recommend trying Purity. By the way, I’ve read in many health articles, and some nutritionists say that 2 cups a day is about the right amount. That’s what I drink and my body reacts well to it. I’m sure there is some wiggle room there though.

I had the same reaction about the taste with Bulletproof original coffee which is also tested from a outside source is organic, etc. They have many different types even a danger coffee with added minerals for a higher price but I use ION so I do not need that. The price is lower than this one. I wonder if you would be interested in comparing the two.

I'm sure it was a while ago that you reviewed mud water, but it seems as though you stopped using it and went back to coffee?? I'm about to try it, I have a lot of sleep anxiety and am hoping cutting out coffee will help. If you did stop using it, could you let me know why? Brand new subscriber and very glad I found you! Makayla…yes, I tried MUD\WTR and liked it. It helped me to slowly wean myself off coffee (I was having at least 4 cups a day and feeling jittery). After that, I didn’t drink any coffee for about 3 months. But after a while I realized a few things. MUD\WTR was a lot more expensive than coffee and I was getting tired of it, and I missed the ritual of having coffee in the morning or grabbing a cup of coffee with a friend (the social part is great). I resolved myself to figuring out a better way to include it in my diet. Now I have 2 cups every morning, and no more, and have been doing that for over a year. I have a healthier relationship with coffee now. I hope that helps?
