You could use this glitch and then sell the duplicated parts to Arturo in Diamond city and Proctor Teagan on the Prydwen to get Power armor frames that aren't stolen.
That's actually a really good idea. I do mention towards the end of this video that you can sell the extra parts but that's also a good way to get some legit power armor frames. Thanks for sharing that. That said, I will have to double check but I was not aware that you can buy power armor frames.
One of my suits of X-01 power armor disappeared at one of my settlements today, this video was immensely helpful
I'm happy that this helped. Sadly the can happen and its truly frustrating. And would you believe that is why I use this glitch. I love giving my settlers some beefy armor, helps alot.
@@theow771 did you make sure one of your settlers didn’t put it on? that’s why you gotta take out the cores whenever you plan on being away from your PA for a while

Both the power armor and junk duplication glitches still work after update on PS5.
I suppose this may come in handy for the people that don't have the DLC, otherwise conveyor belt duping is still the way yo go.

I've had mine for a while also and it's a great set. When I use Power Armor it's one of my go to options.

This reminds me of a similar glitch with the robot crafting station to get tons of xp.
Yeap, it's a great glitch (probably the best one in FO4) to get a truck load of XP in a very short amount of time.

Well I haven't played this Fallout but having power armor standing outside the inventory is quite beautiful.... would've place them at the Lucky 38 if it was in FNV.
It honestly just feels epic wearing a power armor in FO4. Feels like your wearing a tank around you as opposed to just another set of special clothing kit.

@pivotalpup1640 I don't know of any glitches that can make a single fusion core last forever but I did recently cover a video that shows how to get an unlimited number of them here:

Does that only work with power armor parts? I might not be understanding what the glitch is doing, but could you duplicate other things this way?
The particular steps shown only work with Power Armor parts because the game things your transferring power armor parts from your power armor into your inventory. So you can't use this method to duplicate other types of items. I suppose you might also be able to duplicate Fusion cores.

You can do this with any power armor that you can mount on a power armor station.
I don't know why but if I customized one, the other one would also change after a few minutes.
Yeah this might happen because the game may confused the parts. Since you have duplicated the item, the game might hold the same reference to both items.
@@TrappedInFallout It makes having multiple of the same exact set really easy though
@kennethgrey7829 Yeap that's right. I like to put some of my key items in a single settlement and then give everyone power armor and then of the radio beacon. That way I don't get any more new NPC and my kit does not mysteriously disappear. The settlement itself hardly gets attacked and when it does it pretty much depends itself. There is a level of beauty sering 13+ NPC go running towards danger all with X-01 Power Armor.
After successfully duplicating the pieces you want, take the original pieces off of the power armor frame and make sure the originals and the copies stack in your inventory. After this, any piece should be able to be modified without altering any other copy.
I’m trying to do this with the X 02 and it keeps crashing my game after the first or second piece I send to my companion
Try switching out companions and changing the settlement your doing this in and that might help. If not then perhaps it may not work in your game due to some other random setting. Not sure what else to suggest, it's not crashed my game, not yet anyway.
@@TrappedInFallout I think it was the Tesla whatevers that you can add at the bottom of the customization menu.. I took those off and suddenly it worked

Why is there a brahmin on the roof of one of your house's?
Ha ha I'm not sure myself. That is one of my travelling merchants Brahmin that from time to time jumps onto my roof when I fast travel in.
How have you not encountered roof brahmins is the real question, are you like in the first 24 hours of playtime? 😂

Yeah its pretty common.
I play on ps4 and Trashcan Carla's Brahmin always ends up on the roof or inside the house where the workshop bench is.
I even put a few suits of power armour up there and it ended up on top of them as well.
What you don't worship holy cow in your settlement?
Can it work with codworth?
Any companion will do, even Dogmeat.

I DUPLICATED XO-2 wait a minute so it duplicates the skin so that means I can. DUPLICATE XO1 quantum.

It should work. If it freezes then maybe try with Cait and see if it helps. Alternatively maybe try with just one or two armor pieces.
