    Ingredients and Quantities
    500g chicken breast
    200g beans
    100g pumpkin
    100g sweet potato/bathala
    100g of carrots
    100g of corn
    2 tbl spoons of coconut oil
    karapincha, 1/2 big onion, garlic cloves 2-3, cinnamon sticks/powder and 2-3 cloves.
    salt, pepper, chillie powder, roasted curry powder to taste ( or 1,2 teaspoons of each )
