- Tim from US Vinyl Floor Bending recently visited CFS to show us his product, pre-bent vinyl stair treads. Tim's company has access to a patented tool that enables them to take any vinyl plank flooring right out of the box and bend it to a 1-1/16" radius, which fits over most standard bullnoses and steps to give you a seamless transition. On our website we offer treads that are already bent, so you just have to cut them to fit the treads. Click here to browse our selection of pre-bent vinyl stair treads: bit.ly/3KbM1BJ

Installing the riser first will help push the tread back
I don’t get it, do they bend it? or is it a tool I can buy so I can bend vinyl with on the job?
Exactly, same here
Hello, We apologize for any confusion. The treads are pre-bent and can be purchased on our site - www.cityfloorsupply.com/c/vinyl-accessories/100766?Line=Aqua%20Armour&Manufacturer=Aqua%20Armour
You can then trim on-site to width and depth.

Can you bend to make square bullnose for Vinyl we own?
@@VP411Designs there are videos on You Tube showing how to bend vinyl to fit bullnose stairs. I've watched about 5 of them and decided it was worth the trouble to do it myself. I've not done it yet, I just can't see spending $40-$130 per stair.
Where is the tool? Are you guys doing another video to show how to do it?

I never seen you get to the point of the bending I forwarded gave up...
Please be safe. I think Vinyl, Laminate, and hardwood are all dangerous on stairs. I know carpets are dirty. I think using a easily replaceable carpet runner may be the best way to go. You only have to fall down from a slippery stairs once to realize carpet is the safest option. Since permanent carpet is too hard to replace therefore I recommend a runner option.
$120 per tread you're out of your damned minds 😂.
