This is supposedly the most "Cold Tolerant" Mango Tree on The Earth! Feel free to google search "Tim Thompson Antonio Mango Tree" to find out more. This Antonio Mango Tree is cold hardy to 25 degrees Fahrenheit! Give me a comment or question below and hit the "Like" button! :) Mango Trees usually love the heat but hate the cold! Maybe the Antonio Mango Tree is the answer for Gardeners in Sub-Tropical Climates who get a few days or weeks of frost (below 30 degrees) in the winter!

I'm a Californian that moved to Canada and miss all my tropicals that I've grown and gifted through-out the Year's. So I have collected every seed from tropical fruits eaten. I've bin gifting avocados, mangoes, cherrimoyas, guavas and keeping some for my self. Going on three years with my trees without a green house. I just bring them in from the winter. And I'm moving more North. I let the trees feel the cold at times. Hope they acclimate in time. GOOD CHANNEL BRORHER 🍁☘

Plant your fruit trees first, then invest. Your fruit trees can be busy growing while you are busy investing.

    • @quantumcat7673

Yeah. While you invest and wait for profit to churn out and your plants to bore fruits, you break your ass off studying for a Phd in philosophy where you finally learn and realize that running all over for money isn't going to make you happier. You live "reasonably" well with "not a ton of money". As soon as you become "obsessed" with money, drugs, food, that is where the problems and the worries really start.

Hey guys! Love to revisit your old videos…I finally got my 3.5 acres on the river with a fruit/flower haven in full production. I have lots to add,,, loquats are one of my favorites along with lychee’s and rambutan. I will be getting one of those mangoes bc occasionally we have one or two nights in the 20’s plus the over story should help protect it. Keep growing!

Living in Connecticut, I have Lemons going indise during the winter about 2 ft tall, i have to keep them in pots forever!
However, I have been learning about fruit trees that can live in this climate, cherries, peaches apples.
Ive started avacados.... but i am failing starting mangos!
Forget germination, this video is super informative! I maxe a similar micture for my tomatoes, and other plants. but now i am satisfied knowing that i have basically been doing the same as you have. and i am doing thing right!
Also any worm i find i thorw into my garden!

That's awesome to have Mango tree that will be cold tolerant. I have a mango called Mangopiña. English means Mangopineaple. My son bought me one so I could taste it and it taste just like Mango mix with Pineapple. They are delicious. I took the seed and planted it. The plant is around a year and a half. It's growing beautifully. Great video. Loved and Subbed.

Awesome video - I have 3 of these mangos on order from Tim, delivery in March to my home here in central Phoenix. Regarding mixing the different elements of the soil - I do this, but mix it all together in the wheelbarrow before filling the hole, a bit easier than mixing when it's already in the hole. Question: what is your strategy for fertilizing this mango (both substance and timing)? Can wait to see the updates!

Why not mix up the soil in the wheelbarrow?

@@machinegunhippy Many vegetarians eat eggs, but vegans by definition do not. That said, most vegans know people who aren't vegan, and it's not that uncommon for vegans to even live with non-vegans friends or family. Of course, it's absolutely also true that real live chickens can hatch from 'eggs', leaving the shell behind which can then be composted.

It can get around 20 degrees at night, but it's pretty rare for it to get that low.

I hope you are taking a B12 supplement because I've seen plenty of people who are eating healthy but show signs of dementia because of B12 deficiency. This is one of the most important vitamins that vegans can, and should be supplementing with. The other is vitamin c. And yes, even if you have an acerola tree because one cherry or even 20 cherries, while high in vitamin c, are still not sufficient at giving us enough vitamin c to build collagen, stimulate hair growth, protect the eyes, teeth, gums, and detox heavy metals from our cells.
