Bucket methods work well with an air lock, adding lactobacillus serum to the fish and water mixture will make it more stable. Epsom salt is great for fruits and vegetables. Epsom salt also can be foliar fed.
The next time Im in Orlando I have got to come play your place. I use Epsom salt on my lawn and for all my tropical plants and edible trees. I'm going to try the fish heads. I use the fish fertilizer and I add honey or organic maple syrup, mix it up and my trifocals flourish.
Whenever I use fish emulsion some of my dogs dig voraciously at the soil under whatever tree I am feeding and, I think, they even consume the dirt, thus I only grow my mangos etc inside a greenhouse where only my cats can enter through a bedroom window flap, and cats don't seem at all eager to either dig at or eat soil with fish emulsion in it. .
I've seen some with fat trunks under 5 feet producing mangos not many but it had fruit maybe 12 of them decent size too not a large mango variety but deeeelicious
So much wisdom here, Thankyou to both of you for sharing with the world ❤

Long story short he waters and fertilizes the plants. Make it easier on yourself and less stank and just buy fish emulsion instead of the heads.
