I think the most unrealistic thing about this story is the fact that the narrator never asked how a 6-foot tumor of a supposed person came out of his body without there being any visible indication it was inside him
Straight after it mentions a hand but smaller, which makes me think it was misread since 6ft vs 6 inches is 6'/6"

I have these symptoms, This would be considered somatization disorder. Google says Somatic symptom disorder is diagnosed when a person has a significant focus on physical symptoms, such as pain, weakness or shortness of breath, to a level that results in major distress and/or problems functioning. The individual has excessive thoughts, feelings and behaviors relating to the physical symptoms. I saw my feet under bathroom lighting and I thought they were turning blue and purple. I had a panic attack and woke my mom up, she showed it was just the lighting and pressed on my toenail to show how quickly the color returned when she let go! I also have IBS and I'm still convinced it's actually a hernia of some kind. Then again I forgot what feeling hungry was like and starved myself for weeks while complaining that my stomach hurts, so this is very relatable. 😮💨🤣 Happily medicated now lol.

I think i also have this, i havent had it diagnosed tho. When ive multiple times seen wierd bumps on my arm thinking it was a tumor or a blood clot, i even have went into panic due to it but its allways just dissapeared or been normal.
@@draw2death421 mines started around 16 but peaked around 18-20 this is around when symptoms will peak for most people my suggestion would be to always try to get a second opinion from a friend or family member before going to the hospital don't try to rely on Google you will end up learning a lot about stuff you will never have and last never be scared to go to the doctor it can feel embarrassing when you don't know if it's somatic I tend to think I'm wasting time/money but that's what doctors are there for they will help you to understand which symptoms are real and which ones aren't

I really, really hope this isn’t just another story that keeps us hanging. I know that Creepypasta’s often end without a conclusion to allow the listener to speculate on what may happen next, but I feel like more and more every single one I listen to on this channel just ends abruptly. It was a great start to what could be a good story though…

*Pretty* sure that was supposed to be six inches, not six feet. The surgical cut was six inches, it was in the narrator's stomach, the hand is described as being fully grown but tiny, etc. Still, can't fault the literal narrator for reading what's written.
I caught that too. But it was still great! Well narrated other than that.

On the surface, listening to the guy describe his ADD and OCD sounds kinda ridiculous. That aside I found the story pretty compelling up until the tailend when it feels like the writer had to force some sorta angle. Like, couldn't what happened have been enough for the story? Did they need to take a sharp detour into paranoia/jealousy town only to abruptly end it?

I don’t know, I kind of liked it. Sure it’d be great as a shorter story with just the beginning and middle, but I liked the end too.

This story gives me ptsd of getting appendicitis. That shit almost ended me a few years back and felt like someone was stabbing me in the guts for hours...good creepypasta
I think Appendicitis was the first time I told my Mom that I felt like I was going to die. It was probably the worst pain I had ever experienced.

The writer didn't mention anything to suggest supernatural or alien elements. I suspect the writer is just young and still new. Hopefully they continue growing their skills as they write more.

It’s usually in the best interest for any type of strange case to be shared worldwide so if it were to happen again, at least it would not be unprecedented. And they could have some kind of basic understanding and knowledge about it. Makes no sense.
Yeah, I agree. And could they even get the patient sign and go along with all this. Technically, it’d be his property.
That part was unbelievable yea, not to mention due to HIPAA law medical staff can’t disclose personal conditions anyway so the most that could be done would be as you said, without naming the patient.
Ending was a huge miss. Without a sequel, it’ll be long forgotten. So let’s hope for a better sequel than the first part.

The origins of this creepypasta are actually true. There was a case about an Indian man that had his partially developed twin brother inside of him for decades until doctors were finally able to remove it.
This violates all sorts of medical ethics, consult a lawyer about your rights. You can't be forced to sign an NDA, and rights regarding your medical information are some of the most stringent and comprehensive in the world. Good luck!

This reminds me of how I felt when suffering a ruptured gallbladder. It was horrible i thought my bottem half was going to slide apart from each other and when i got to the Emergency room the doctors took one look at me and paniced because my kidneys were shutting down and my eyes were pure yellow,!!
