When I first started milling my own flour your recipes and videos were a lifesaver and you taught me how to make bread. Like really amazing bread. Thank you!

I haven't found an easy way to make it spiral bound. I did look into it, because originally that is what I really wanted. But, ultimately we had to opt for a service that would print books on demand, and they did not offer spiral bound with that service. Because we live fulltime in an RV, we have to be conscious of weight and space, so the alternative was to have them all printed with spiral bound and carry them with us, and ship ourselves. We just realized that was not something we were able to do at this time.
Hi Kara, I love your recipes! I’m wondering if you ever use the dough hook attachment that comes with the ankasrum mixer? My roller attachment has started shedding bits of plastic☹️ before ordering a replacement I’m wondering if the dough hook works as well in your opinion? Thanks for all you do!

I made these today and they were delicious!! I made them for my husband and his mother because I don't care for pumpkin but I followed the recipe exactly and loved them! I can't wait for your cookbook! Can we preorder?
Yes you can! You can omit the yeast, and add 1/2 cup sourdough starter 115g. Then increase the rise times. First rise until almost double (3-6 hours) second rise until they are nice and puffy (2-4 hours). Let me know how it goes! Happy Baking! :)
