Can’t wait to make this for my family! Your videos are so relaxing! I would love a video or some ideas on snacks for kids made with fresh milled flour 🙏🏻
I have made these 4 times and they are a hot every time!!! I make 16 instead of 12 I found 12 were too large. Used and 11x15 ceramic pan Today i accidentally put yhe creamed cheese in the center with the brown sugar (i use coconut palm sugar instead ). Surprise!! Came out fine. I also use 8 oz cream cheese and 1.5 c powdered sugar with the other ingredients for the icing. DELISH! THANK YOU, lovely bell
I made these this morning and they are delicious. I've never made cinnamon rolls from scratch before so I'm glad this worked. I did cut the recipe in half and parchment lined an 8" x 8" pan. The kneading in my KitchenAid was pretty lengthy to windowpane at around 30+ minutes. They're so moist and tender. I ate three of them at once. I love the frosting too. Next time I might not warm the milk because the freshly milled flour is rather warm when mixing begins.
I’ve been using your bread recipe as my go to now. I have two other friends that use it as well. We all talk about it being our favorite. I’m excited to get ready to make these cinnamon rolls!
I want to get up Christmas morning and pop these into the oven and not have to do anything else. so I'm going to try making ahead through the rise and freezing them before baking. Then taking out to thaw in the fridge the day before so Christmas morning I can just bake. hoping it works! I did this at Thanksgiving with the dinner rolls and it worked beautifully, except I froze them after shaping. thawed in fridge and took them out for second rise and bake. So since these only have 1 rise and I want them early in the morning it'll be slightly different. Hope it's not a disaster! lol I'm approaching all my baking this way. I was also able to flash freeze biscuit dough after shaping/cutting. then store in a bag in freezer and take out and bake from frozen just like the store brand and honestly you can't tell the difference from totally fresh. I did pie crust this way as well. this way I can batch bake when its convenient and always have baked goods on hand to use.
@Lovelybellbakes I did this and they turned out absolutely wonderful!! I made them a week ahead and all I had to do was put them in the fridge to thaw on Christmas eve and then take them out to get to room temp and bake Christmas morning. They were a big hit! thank you so much for the recipe.
Would it be possible to eliminate the background music? One of the many reasons I like your videos is the clear and understandable instructions that don't have music.
Absolutely! You can leave them out and increase the milk by 70g. Additionally, you can add 11g of sunflower lecithin to soften the dough in place of eggs. But the sunflower lecithin is an option, not a requirement.
I don’t see where to find the amounts needed for the eggs, salt, flour, or water?!? Can someone direct me to it? My husband adores cinnamon rolls and I would like to try making these.
So grateful to have found your Channel recently. Can’t wait to try these WGrain Cin Rolls. Yum! Thank you.

Are you using salted or unsalted butter in your recipes?
Always salted butter.

I will see if I can adjust it. Thank you so much for the feedback!
These look amazing! Your dough handling skills are “Top Notch!”
@@barb7014 thank you!
Is it possible to make this recipe without eggs? My grandson has a severe egg allergy.

@@Lovelybellbakes Thank you! I keep sunflower lecithin on hand although I don’t use it as much currently.
@@bethneal4908 they come out so so soft using lecithin!
My dough was very moist. I had a hard time making these. All of your recipes have turned out but this one. 😢
That’s odd. This is a pretty low hydration dough. It’s possible that your measurements could have been off.

Printable recipe is in the description ☺️
