The long wooden piece is what French bakeries use to let their bread rise on before being put in the oven. I love the one I have - it's plain. Poe says "hi" to both Iris and Indy.
Congratulations on reaching 3500 subscribers. This was a very nice video. I enjoyed everything you got I especially liked the all the pictures. I am a picture fan and I have walls full of them and can always find room for more. I love your cheery personality.❤
Thank you for understanding my PAIN of letting some things go! (You can't be a seller if you don't sell stuff, right?) I'm so glad you enjoyed the haul!
Wasn't it so much fun???? It brought me right back to my childhood! The veggie board is on my fireplace mantel in the kitchen right now, so I guess great minds think alike!
Hi Kris. Fabulous haul! My favorites are the silk rose art, the long wood piece with the vegetables and the beautiful Frankfort Harbor wall art. You did indeed pick up a nice variety. The bowl and pitcher really does look wonderful on top of your cabinet. Have a bright day 😊
I'm so glad you enjoyed the haul! It was an eclectic mix! The long wooden piece is now on my fireplace mantel in the kitchen - it looks really nice there!
I really like your picks …. The Williams Sonoma plates, yes, wish I had space for them …. The Clarice Cliff transferware is an all time favorite, I collect in red! The cat picture is my favorite! You have such an eye for art work. I am so looking forward to your shop opening and a visit to Colechester!
I'm so glad you liked my picks! The Williams Sonoma plates sold earlier today - it will be so hard to let them go! I'm completely jealous that you have a set of those Clarice Cliff plates in red. It's a STUNNING pattern! I'm truly looking forward to the booth space and I hope to see you there!
Courier and Ives are wonderful ! Love the kitties. Great day. And yes the Fischer Price was always a great Santa surprise. I adored the house and brother had the airport and McDonald’s! Dating myself 🎃🍁🐿️
Oooh! What a fabulous haul. The transferware, the embroidered roses, the painted boxes! I would trim that unfinished rug and frame it. It’s stunning. Haunted dreams of Limoges… ❤❤❤❤
@@WorthingtonHome haha! We all have the left behind regrets now and then. Have you ever been to estate sales held by the Blue Moon Co ? They’re usually wonderful. I went to one today chock full of china. I was totally JUNK DRUNK!
You picked up some great art! One of the ladies on Relatively Refined collects The Friendly Village plates. Had never seen them before watching them and I really like it.
Another beautiful video. I loved everything especially all of the artwork. I think the brown transfer bowl is a waste bowl for a tea set, but you certainly could use it as an open sugar. I was so wishing you would have bought the tea cart for your kitchen. The foliage and flowers look beautiful in the upper decoration of your china cabinet. I love to decorate the tops of all my cabinets. Love the cats.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! The tea cart was fabulous, but I didn't have any room for it. We have a lot of furniture in our house! I'll tell the kitties that you said hello!
Welcome to the channel - I'm so glad you found me! Great idea for how to use the unfinished rug! It was so beautiful, even unfinished, that I had to have it!
Best haul ever! I love everything…especially all the brown transfer ware. I also have a corner cabinet full of it - not nearly as much as you though. 🤎
I'm so glad you liked the haul! I wish I had dinner plates in the same pattern that I picked up - it would look so beautiful on the dining room table! (I have 2 patterns that are quite different). It's nice to know that someone else appreciates brown transferware as much as I do!
That museum is wonderful. I’ve taken hearth cooking classes there. I believe the unfinished rug is a punched rug. And well done.i hemmed and hawed about going to that sale. I would have fought you for the brown transfer ware. Won’t miss it next time.😊😊
I'm so glad we didn't have to wrestle for the brown transferware! 😂😂 The museum looked so impressive - I definitely want to see it again when it's set up in the usual way. I'm still dreaming of the gorgeous fireplace hearths!
You are wiser than me - when I researched them in order to list them on ebay, it came up as Norwegian rosemaling. I've had rosemaling pieces before, but never on little boxes like that. They're so charming!
@@WorthingtonHome probably several of those countries did rosemaling. There is a large Scandinavian population where I live so that’s why I’m familiar with that.
I've been watching your wonderful videos. Love seeing what you find in New England. I've been thinking of listing some items I'm finding at estate sales. Do you in include the price of insurance in your shipping fees?
I'm so glad you enjoy my videos! Thank you for watching! No, we don't include insurance in our fees. Good luck if you decide to sell! It's a lot of work, but a lot of fun too!
@@WorthingtonHome I may have to keep tabs on that estate sale! I am in MA and my sister is in CT, maybe next year I will make the trip for it :) It seems like where I am, people price things like they do at the rich Portsmith NH Goodwill lol. I went in there once and it was so disappointing. I did find a few items after a good scour, but the prices were nuts.
@@mombythec it would be worth the trip! I actually headed up to MA last Sunday for an estate sale and the prices were also similar to Portsmouth, NH! Maybe I better stick with Connecticut.... 😂😂
@@WorthingtonHome I will let you know if I hear of any fair priced good ones for sure! Isn't Portsmouth beautiful though? Two years ago we went in December and stayed in Hampton because there was a parade right in front of the Inn and then we went to Portsmouth for the night time light parade and it was very very cool!! The Strawberry Bank Museum had an ice skating pond and some other evening events we didn't get to, but the main streets had a gingerbread cookie scavenger hunt and we had a lot of fun bopping in and out of the shops the next day. I highly recommend if you get the chance :)
Good morning. I have 4 things in my eBay cart and was wondering if I could pick up from you as I live in Marlborough and would love to skip the shipping. Thanks for your consideration. 😉
To avoid the glare on my glasses from the window. It blinds me completely and the reflection looks dreadful and distracting on screen. Glare is a problem in every room in the house - I've tried them all.
Always enjoy your finds and your travels ❤
The Painted boxes, the unfinished rug & the long veggie painted bowl/board!!! All fabulous ❣️
I'm so glad you liked the haul! It was fun to find so many pretty things at one sale!
The long wooden piece is what French bakeries use to let their bread rise on before being put in the oven. I love the one I have - it's plain. Poe says "hi" to both Iris and Indy.
That makes sense! I've placed it on my kitchen mantel and it looks really nice there! Tell Poe that the critters of Worthington Home say hello!
Omgoodness!! My brother and I played for hours with that fisher price airport!! Incredible haul! Wonderful finds and great deals.
Oh my gosh - it was SO GOOD, right? We loved the airport so much. We had a schoolhouse and a regular house as well, but the airport was our favorite.
Congratulations on you reaching 3,500 subscribers 😮
Oh my gosh - thank you so much! Eric took me out to celebrate last night!!!!!

Love the Irish coffee cup set. Great deal too. I also love Irish coffees. Haha!
I'm so glad you liked them! (Irish coffee sounds very good, now that you mention it!) 😂😂

You have fabulous finds! I lived in Boston for 2 years when I was young & fell in love with New England.
New England is so beautiful, especially this time of year. ❤❤
It is a beautiful haul, as always. And Alhambra is a city of spain.
Correction ... " Alhambra" It's a building in Granada. Granada it's a spain's city.

I didn't go back because I had ANOTHER fabulous sale to check out the next day instead (video forthcoming - stay tuned!)
