I had a friend turned enemy who turned on me and my whole friend group and then ghosted everyone. I hated that guy and held anger for years. Guess what he's now a quadriplegic. That's why I'm here. Never wish something bad would someone, because you might get exactly what you wish for. Soooo not worth the anger I held for him. God I wish he was okay

You can contribute so much more, even now, with this new perspective of lived experience to give other patients hope. I lost my 77yr old dad to a T1 complete spinal injury because the ER doctors were so negative about what his future would look like. There seem to be so many new promising technolgies for repairing the spinal chord. God Bless.❤❤❤

Hi people all right? Then search the internet search engines for nerve transplantation or neurorrhaphy. I read some articles that say that some quadriplegic people moved their arms and some legs again. But I don't know if this is being tested or if these surgeries are already being performed, so that people can walk again. If paraplegic or quadriplegic people walked again it would be great! I hope it helps ! A hug ! Then see the articles. I believe that they already perform these surgeries in some places and see first if it's worth it, or if the person gets worse afterwards. If not, don't. You have to be careful with these things. Because sometimes it can be irreversible.

Doctor Rex, I'm so sorry to hear of your "accident." I believe that all things happen for a reason, even if our tiny minds see them as "accidents." They're more of the "divine appointment" variety. This flesh is quite temporal with our Spirits being the eternal component within us. Since my "appointment" 20 years ago I've been on a quest for Truth and I've discovered things that I could have never imagined previously.

How is this karma? He is a doctor with a really specific specialization. It’s not his job to to rehab and follow up with his patients, that would take a ton of time away from the thing he specializes in and would otherwise be helping less people. It’s not a fault of his own, but his job description. You don’t get to see the full process of something or the full picture when you are in a niche position.
It takes another level of stupid to call this karma when this guy has had such a huge impact on others.

There is really only one way to know what people with spinal cord injuries go through. This doctor now knows. He previously spent his life helping people, may he now get the excellent care he deserves, and may he bring the benefits of his experience into his life, continuing to help others, going forward. Anyone who thinks a spinal cord injury is "karma" has a little piece of soul missing ... I don't think there's any surgery or treatment that can restore that, and it's a handicap much worse than physical quadriplegia.
