Anything you cash out from the site for paypal/check you need to report. Otherwise this is all considered like-kind trading and not taxable as long as it's within your account.
How many hours a day do you have to spend going through listings looking for cards to buy and flip? It seems like that would be super time consuming. I think it would be too risky for me but I do sell some pulls of teams that I don't collect.

Try to flip! Would not recommend submitting your own cards right now -- all the services are very slow and not meeting deadlines.

You can get it shipped to you, or just leave it in the system

I keep COMC recently added open in a separate screen with an auto-refresher set up, and glance at it occasionally while working.
