Hi buddy, I am planning to upgrade my am4 gaming pc to the new generation. Atm I am using a asus hero 8 non WiFi with 5900x. I'll be probably replacing 3 parts. Mobo, cpu and ram. Which is better Amd or Intel. Wanna go for amd but reluctant to buy it coz of the temp. Intel cpu is ok I guess. Would love to hear your advise on this ty.
I think we all appreciate your work and your time to research all this information for us so we don't have to look everything up ourselves thanks a lot!
I love how newbie friendly your videos are! I've seen you explain this several times and I still welcome them since it seems that you know there's always new people that can benefit from all the details, keep up the great work as always!
Also a quick note, for people who like first person shooters I’d stay away from va panels since they tend to smear more than ips panels. They’re great for color contrast but when you need to do fast flick motions in esports titles they’re not ideal. Ips is the way to go for fps gamers in my opinion. Va panels on the high end the smearing issues are often mitigated pretty well.
@@trunkstypingonakeyboard ips has caught up a lot in recent years. It might not be as fast as the fastest tn panels such as the Zowie XL2546k or XL2566k, but they are incredibly close now in that at 144hz-240hz at 1080 you are getting practically the same performance if you pick the right monitor.

As someone that just purchased a new BenQ EX2710Q monitor in the last few months. I'm highly impressed. I have had Asus, Samsung, and an LG monitor before and IMO, this one is the best that i have had. I was actually debating between the LG 850 that you mention in the video and the BenQ but when I was researching both of them, Most reviewers recommended going with the benq over the LG and they were only about 10$ difference at that time. Best monitor I have seen visually for 1440p. I don't think it should be in the budget category for 1440p.
honestly been waiting for this. this could not have come at a better time so thank you Jason as always the best to ever do it. i literally watched last years one twice last week looking at trying to upgrade to a 1440p monitor
I love the way you make these videos. Breaking it into different categories and then again by price is super useful. I just got back into gaming after 10 years off so i was lost at what hardware was out there. Your videos helped me get the best i could with my budget.
Thanks so much for the awesome feedback! It means a lot to us. And i've also experienced returning to pc building after a break so I know how it is. So glad we could help!
I’m 30 and got a ps5 last year and have just now gotten into gaming. I’m trying to switch from my massive tv to using a monitor and the learning process is a lot to take in. All that to say, this helped so much! Thank you for explaining so many things in easy-to-digest form.
Currently using a Gigabyte G34WQC-A 34" Curved 144Hz Ultrawide, was never interested in curved monitors but I must say this has won me over. Love the Ultrawide for games and gives me ample room for study/workload.
I learned recently that I NEED a curved display. A few weeks ago I was in the market to replace my monitor. I wanted to upgrade to something to take more advantage of the 4080 I bought. I had been using a medicore ultrawide 3440x1440 and a decent MSI gaming monitor 1440/165 (Optix MAG274QRF-QD) as my secondary. I told my friend I was in the market to buy a new monitor, and he offered to buy my old ultrawide for 400 (I paid 500 for it), so I sold it before I could figure out what main monitor I wanted. Which means I got to rock my Optix MAG274QRF-QD for about two weeks as my primary display while I was shopping around. I learned a few things being forced to switch monitors for two weeks. All personal things, but here's what I experienced. I learned that I didn't need ultrawide, and in a lot of situations, I enjoyed the standard display size. It was nice not having my UI skewed radically to the edges of my screen in most games. I learned that 165 FPS is awesome, and having the 4080 push it made me for sure want my new monitor to handle it. I learned that I NEED a curved monitor, as the MSI wasn't curved, and even though it was only a 27" panel, I often found myself frustrated as I moved my head around and the edges just felt wrong. It's like when you put on your shoes weird or sit down funny, and you get that obviously "wrong feeling," but it's hard to describe. On top of that. I'd hit the viewing angle funny every so often and I could see drastic and noticeable color shifts from the VA panel. I had narrowed my choices down to two monitors, the Samsung Neo G7 4k monitor, and the Alienware DWF ultrawide OLED one. My biggest concern at first was that I really wasn't sure I wanted to go back to ultrawide, as I had gotten quite used to the standard size of the 27" panel very easily, and I was quite comfortable with it. But thinking about how much I fucking hate VA panels and those viewing angles drive me nuts. Though the Neo G7 supposedly has a nice curve to it. It wasn't until I talked to some more folks discussing the customer service between Samsung and Dell that really cemented my decision. Apparently Samsung is a pita to get through, but Dell seems to leave lots of happy customer's in its wake. Now I'm older, and I have more disposable income. I'd pay more money for warranties and peace of mind. I don't want drama. I want solved problems. I got enough other things to worry about. All of this is to say that I decided to go with the Alienware DWF OLED. They have great customer service, and a 3 year warranty on the OLED burn-in. I'm very, very pleased with the quality of an OLED display, the viewing angles make me happy beyond joy. All the colors are great. There's no fade. The curve is wonderful. I do wish it were standard size though. Maybe one day. ---------- The reason I like the viewing angles is because I'm a skinny fidgety person. So I'm always rocking my chair around and leaning and swaying in different direction. I'm not a static statue that can keep the same position for hours on end. Sometimes when I read my screen I'm laying against the armrest of my chair and my head is on the far left or right side of the monitor viewing it from an angle. Now I can see the whole screen, perfect colors every time. I will never not use an Oled again for my primary display. As for reading text or color fringing? I don't know. I just typed a fuck ton of paragraphs here, and used my OLED. It seemed fine. I didn't notice a difference or issues. I've been reading reddit and facebook just fine on it for a few weeks too. I never noticed any issues. There are really no downsides except for the "potential" burn in, and even if I ONLY got 3 years out of it for a 1,100 bucks, I'll consider it fine. I replace my phone once a year. I'm sure I can find money to replace a monitor every 3 years.
Timing on this one is excellent Jason, thank you, spent all of last night reading into 4k 144hz monitors to go with a new build made from your reccomendations.
Very comprehensive, beautifully done guide. Recently bought 2x (HUGE) 32" 1440p 165hz MSI AG321CQR for black Friday for only $250 each. Despite the lack of USB-A ports to run my LED strips and monitor bar I'm happy with them. Coming from my 27" 1080p 144hz MSI MAG271C (little fuzzy at that resolution and size). For anyone reading this, 32" may have been a little big, especially 2 lol. I do feel a 27" 1440p monitor is the sweet spot for what my opinion is worth.
32" isn't really huge. Then again, I went from 23" to 32" years ago. I got my current monitor in early 2021. 32", 1440p, 165 Hz, IPS panel by Samsung, branded by Monoprice. I paid $320 at the time. It's going for $250 on their website now. I wished I could've found something with a more recognizable name brand, like MSI, and a better monitor stand, but the monitor itself is serving me well enough. The aftermarket stand I got off of Amazon is better, but not by much. I would love to see what two 32" monitors would look like on my desk, but I'm afraid that my desk just doesn't have that kind of real estate available. (I doubt two 27" monitors would fit.) I'm willing to bet that it is pretty awesome.
I have the same monitor but curved and like the size and the curve. If you’re saying that 4K would be better for a 32”, I agree and if I had to go back I’d get the 4K version even with my 3070ti because at least older games I can still run 4K and when I upgrade GPU later I wouldn’t really need a new monitor whereas I will want to upgrade this one later.
I have a 4090 paired with the i9-13900k. Each separately water cooled. custom hard loops. Also trident 6200 Ram. I have the quantum dot OLED gsynce alienware. Excellent monitor. Best screen I’ve seen in action. But waiting on the 4K 240 OLED
Bought both the Acer XB283K and Gigabyte M28U at the same time to see which was best for my Series X. Returning the Acer as my panel had to be defective. The only color setting that looked good at all was HDR. The others were identical no matter what you tweaked. The Gigabyte just works and looks damn good especially considering it’s price point
Once again, your advice proved useful Jason! I just picked up the Gigabyte M32U and WOW, what a fantastic monitor. Gaming in 4K with 144Hz and the color this thing has is just awesome! My games look fantastic and my 6800XT has that great FreeSync option with it if needed, and so far the games that I play look fantastic. The built-in KVM is great for me since I also have a secondary older PC that I'm turning into a retro gaming box. I only have a PS4 for console gaming now, but when I'm ready for that PS5 upgrade, I know that this monitor with its HDMI 2.1 will deliver that 120Hz framerate with no issues. Keep up the great work, you've helped me build my PC and now you've helped me find the gaming monitor to go with it, you rock Jason! ❤👍
Jason you're what inspired me to start upgrading my beyond crappy store bought pc... a best buy store bought pc... you make everything so easy to understand even for someone with no base idea of what's being talked about thank you so much
On the european market there is also a japanese brand - iiyama, which has a great value for money. They used to produce only office monitors, but recently they started to make really good gaming monitors too - red eagle series. For example iiyama red eagle gb2770qsu is basically a LG 27GP850-B with better contrast (around 1200:1), better brightness (around 500cd/m2) and costs around 40 euro less. It's a pity, that this brand isn't widely available on the US market and it's not that popular. It could be a great competitor for other brands.
Been using the HP X27Q for a year now and it doesn't disappoint in any work scenarios; streaming, editing videos, playing competitive games, playing triple a games, it's an absolute beast.
I appreciate the time and effort you put into your videos. From downloadable sheets to time stamping and labeling the video, that is very helpful especially when after watching the video i jump back and forth as i look up products. Thank you.
Thank you for your hard work and thorough research on these Monitors. I have a question on the current and soon to be released Monitors. I'm debating on either LG 45'' UltraGear™ OLED Curved Gaming Monitor WQHD with 240Hz and Corsair Xeneon Flex. I was interested on the Acer Predator x45 (since I have the Acer Predator x34 now) but I'm steering away from Acer because it is supporting AMD not G-Sync. What do you think will be the best to purchase between LG UltraGear or Corsair even though they are both from LG? Thanks
God damn, this is definitely my pick for the most easy to understand and informative pc channel. I can either brish through quickly seeing the highlights or go deeper in eith the goven examples and explanations. It also made me tear up for some reason of how good this channel ism love you dudes
Used your recommendation for the MSI MAG274QRF-QD from the last monitor guide. Managed to win one in an Ebay auction for £142 ($176). An absolute STEAL. It's a fantastic monitor that I love very much, and was my first step up into 1440p. I'm still learning about PCs having built two already, and your videos are invaluable in helping me learn - particularly when it comes to monitors, which is a big gap in my knowledge right now. Thanks for your great work, Jason!
wow that is great deal! i paid £270 for a budget HP 1440p 165hz 32 inch monitor from amazon lol your monitor is close to £500 from most places and you paid much less than I did for the HP! Nice one :) On the plus side, I'm completely shocked how good my HP is for the money.. An IPS panel feesync premium Gsync compatible very little glow no bleed no bad pixels and 2 out of the the 4 overdrive settings are very fast with zero ghosting and no noticeable overshoot.. I thought I hit the jackpot, But your bargain rearranges that thought lol
I think I paid like 400 for mine, and I use it as a secondary display, the MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD. It's a fun little monitor and I loved how colorful and vibrant it is. I ended up using it as my primary for two weeks recently while I was shopping around. (I sold my old primary before I replaced it), and ended up getting the Alienware DWF as my new replacement.
@@helenHTID Haha. It was a truly amazing deal but I got very lucky. You also got yourself a good deal for your HP! This MSI monitor has totally blown my mind, because it's the second monitor I've ever bought and it's a huge step up from my first. My first was an Asus 1080p 60Hz TN panel, so yeah, the MSI was an unbelievably huge jump in performance for me.
@@nauscakes1868 It's a great choice for sure! Easily good enough to use as your primary, but that Alienware that you bought is a bit of a monster so fair enough! The vibrancy, colour accuracy and high framerate was a total revelation for me though, because it was such a huge upgrade on my first monitor - an ASUS 1080p, 60Hz TN panel.
Thank you for the excellent content, Jason! I'm about 20 years removed from the industry and your videos have provided a wealth of information in getting caught back up with current tech. I recently acquired an RX 6950XT for an upcoming gaming PC build. Would you recommend putting my money towards a 4k display (been eyeballing the Gigabyte M32U) or perhaps a higher end 1440P display (such as the Samsung Odyssey G7 or the Gigabyte M27Q-X)? I've never used a curved monitor BTW so there is that but willing to keep my mind open to whatever may best suite my current GPU and possibly whatever eventually replaces it. Thanks again!
Hello! So glad we could help! I know what its like to come back to tech after a break. With that card you can definitely go either way, it will come down to the experience you want. If awesome visuals are the priority I'd go 4k, but if you play games that prioritize high FPS going for a 240hz 1440p monitor is also great.
These suggestions are so great man. Always with great knowledge, information and precision. I assume that many have build their setups because of this channel and can't blame them for doing so. Now they are probably gaming so hard that soon they ask advice from Jason for how to keep their wifes happy :D
Very informative video Jason 💪😇👍 great work 🥰. I recently got myself the new Cooler Master 27” 4K 165hz monitor and it’s hdr and gaming performance is amazing imo 😱🤯! It’s difficult to come by, but after trying it, I was blown away how good it is …. Even compared to my LG OLED CX 🤤🫠!!! They also have a 1440p model as well, but the 4K for me was a no brainer!
I purchased the 1440p Dell monitor on Boxing Day because of your recommendation. Had to go with the 32" as the 27" wasn't carried at my local stores. It's a great monitor and I'm very happy. Thanks, Jason!
Jason, thank you so much for such well organized and information dense content. It is appreciated. Given what you have seen at CES, do you think that it is wise to wait to purchase a Oled ultrawide? It sounds like there are more choices and perhaps increased competition in this segment around the corner.
Hello! Glad you enjoyed. There are definitely more great Oled monitors coming this year, but I'll be honest the MSRPs that were shared with me at CES were ridiculous lol. We will definitely cover stuff as it comes out and if you are happy with your current set up and don't mind waiting that makes sense, but I do think it will take some time even after they launch for the pricing to make them competitive with whats currently on the market
Thanks for explaining complicated things for dummies like me! Still confusing sometimes but definitely helps me understand what I’m looking at and not waste money
1440p is the new 1080p - I think 1440p is the sweet spot now. My next build (whenever that is, when these outrageous prices of PC parts return to normal one day) Be looking to get a gaming/streaming/editing build that can run background tasks without any hiccups and since 4K settings still can't be maxed out with that type of build that's why I say 1440p is the new 1080p and the sweet spot for a multitasking build.
I’m a console gamer and I just recently got the acer nitro V2 monitor and it’s great!! I get 4k 120hz smoothly playing almost any game. The hdmi 2.1 really makes a difference is smoothness and quality!
I bought the Samsung Odyssey with 1440p & 240 Hz. I choose this thing because it was the only 240 Hz display with HDR600. Man that thing has SUCH a beautiful HDR picture if you set it up correctly. I was totally blown away when watched the first HDR video on youtube. First game to play with HDR was The Callisto Protocol. And let me tell you. HDR is a real gamechanger. The difference in picture quality is day n night difference. got it for 410 € :)

Literally JUST received that hp 1440 monitor, and when I saw this video I got scared I'd made the wrong move... So stoked that you recommended it. Learned so much from you in the last year, kinda confirms it!
Hi Jason- I love your videos and help. I am confused by your monitor rankings sometimes. In your Best Game Monitor videos for 1440p 240Mhz monitors, I don't know which you prefer between: 1. GIGABYTE M27Q X 27" 2. Alienware AW2723DF Monitor will pull double duty as a main desktop monitor for office work as well, so text clarity is as important as streaming movies.
What if I want a 24 inch 1440p monitor? Everyone seems focused on the larger ones but coming from a 20 inch NEC monitor I'm still happy with, 24 is more than enough, especially as close as I'll be sitting. There don't seem to be a lot of choices in the 24 inch range.
Hey Jason, im worried if is still a good choice to buy the odyssey 32", since is from almost 3 years ago and shipping to my country plus taxes is $300 more
I bought the Gigabyte 28" 4K 144hz monitor back in November and it's the most incredible monitor I have ever used. I use it for my ps5 and just use default settings mostly and it kicks ass. Great color, great frames, and there's some great customization if you don't like the default settings. Easy 10/10 monitor and I would HIGHLY recommend this monitor if you're looking to upgrade for your ps5 to take advantage of the 4K + 120hz capability.
This its by far the best video I've found abt monitors either spanish or english but one thing I've notice everyone missed or just me seems to care abt it its the speakers. Most of the Monitor dont have speakers and at least me I prefer to use speakers rather then headphones or any external speakers. Thats why I kinda still with the Samsung SyncMaster T24 but its becoming a problem due im able to play at 100 FPS with high settings and the monitor its just 60hz.
I bought the G7 odyssey in June for 410€…I think I made a great choice. I really love the curves and the colour with the resolution of the screen. I mainly play games like pubg and dota…but I bought recent the forza horizon 5 and it’s amazing.
What about the AOC C32G2ZE 32” Curved frameless gaming monitor full HD 1920x1080, VA, 0.5ms 240HZ. Is that as good as the other one on your list . 100% for gaming ?
I love this channel! as an old dog that won’t learn new tricks. I’m finally learning about PC systems (gaming) and now monitors, my current IPS has horrible black contrast and I have wore myself out looking on forums and Reddit trying to find settings. I wish I knew this stuff before I bought it or maybe I am way behind the curve, so it’s VA for me.!
Love the review. For me I went with 2 Samsung G9's and then had to get a heavy duty stand in order for them to be on top of one another. I get 240 on bottom, and 144 on top. It works awesome and most of my games get 65-80 fps. A few might have hit 45-55 but I just turn off the top monitor and boom, back to high FPS. In my setup, I use the 2 monitors on one pc for work, graphic designs, then of course gaming. The top monitor I use it as a second to my home server, my laptop or my iPad pro at times. And the HDMI is on a matrix so anything on the HDMI will go to that top monitor and to my 65 led tv in the office. Both monitor DP connection go to my main PC. Man, this works for me. It all depends on what you need and want.
@@PCBuilderChannel LOL. Well, its pretty. cool setup for sure. I was not expecting to spend $480 on a stan tho. I had a 6 monitor setup before and thought it would work. These monitors are heavy. Made sense to get one that would work and made for them. Best setup I have ever had. It's different though being on a curved with all the space. The good is to use powertoys and lock your windows in spaces. Really helps. BUT like all 6 I had, I still lose the mouse from time to time. LOL
OK Question for everyone. I run a Gigabyte M27Q 1440p 170hz monitor as my main. I play MMORPG's, RPGS, First person shooters, and well lets be honest. EVERYTHING. I am a dedicated gamer who works hard and plays harder. As an adult, I recognise value for money. That being said I have an RTX 4090 in my current rig. So I recognise value but dont always choose value over features or performance. That being said, I use Nvidia DSR to allow games to render in a higher resolution than the monitor and desktop resolution. I pretty much have every game tuned for max graphics and try to at least hit that 170fps mark while the in game base resolution is set to 4k. To be honest, try this some time and you WILL notice a quality and detail improvement on a 1440p panel vs just running 1440p natively. Dont ask me why but I run all games like this now and they all look better. The problem is, I love this monitor, but I think 4k could bring some detail to everything I play that I might be missing on the 1440p monitor. Am I insane for wanting this, and how could I do this on a budget and not sacrifice one of the specs that I am currently accustomed to. I sit about 20 inches or one arms length from my current monitor that is on a ergo arm stand.
Sometimes DLSS quality is required to hit that sweet 170fps frame rate that I probably can't see with my eyes anyways. Much past 120fps it's hard to tell. I think extra frames in competitive titles could make things seem smoother but who knows.
Been a PC person for more than a decade and I can say with confidence that your videos are the new standard of quality video that I'm recommending to entry lvl pc people

I bought the LG 32gp850, so far I'm satisfied, what I don't like is the stand and the ports location it's really not monitor arm bracket friendly, so I have to look for quite specific angled cables. This is coming from a pc gamer that has been gaming competitively and non competitively on 24" FHD 60hz glossy monitor for more than 15 yrs, I finally made the jump from glossy to matte, it was worth it. Higher refresh rates, bigger size, bigger resolution. I also own the LG C2 65" playing console games on it is just amazing, makes me want to use that as my pc monitor lol. Too bad they don't have the glossy OLED monitor yet, otherwise I would have bought that instead the 32GP850. Now what I need is a GPU replacement, waiting on 4060ti or 4070.

Thank you for sharing!
No wasting time, no stupid talks, straight up giving knowledge non stop. Underrated.
So glad you enjoyed! Thank you for watching
honestly been waiting for this. this could not have come at a better time so thank you Jason as always the best to ever do it. i literally watched last years one twice last week looking at trying to upgrade to a 1440p monitor
Awesome! Hope this helps!

I dunno games are just too open, the tech could be applied more efficiently with traditional gaming methods.
I love the way you make these videos. Breaking it into different categories and then again by price is super useful. I just got back into gaming after 10 years off so i was lost at what hardware was out there. Your videos helped me get the best i could with my budget.
Same here... more like 15 years. What are you playing now?
Thanks so much for the awesome feedback! It means a lot to us. And i've also experienced returning to pc building after a break so I know how it is. So glad we could help!

I got a monoprice 32inch 1440p ips 165hz for 199$ this Christmas, I’ve been loving it
I’m 30 and got a ps5 last year and have just now gotten into gaming.

Thanks for sharing!
----------
The reason I like the viewing angles is because I'm a skinny fidgety person.
There is one in normal size, well there will be. LG and Asus are dropping a 240hz oled 27in display

Thank you for sharing!
2 32” isn’t crazy but those two are curved which is strange to me
I have the same monitor but curved and like the size and the curve.
Your videos are very informative. I knew nothing about pcs but after watching your videos and gaining information, I was able to build a 1440 pc👊🏼
Love to hear this! So glad to hear how much you've gotten out of the channel. And congrats on your build!
Congrats on the new monitor! And so glad you're enjoying the content!

Thank you.
Thank you so much! That feedback means a lot to me.
Let's goo!! I was just shopping around for monitors! This couldn't have been posted at a better time! :)
So glad its good timing! Hope this is helpful (:
Thank you for your hard work and thorough research on these Monitors. I have a question on the current and soon to be released Monitors. I'm debating on either LG 45'' UltraGear™ OLED Curved Gaming Monitor WQHD with 240Hz and Corsair Xeneon Flex. I was interested on the Acer Predator x45 (since I have the Acer Predator x34 now) but I'm steering away from Acer because it is supporting AMD not G-Sync. What do you think will be the best to purchase between LG UltraGear or Corsair even though they are both from LG? Thanks

Nice! So glad you snagged it at a great price. And glad we can help!
With the Gigabyte M27Q-X Being out of stock, what alternative do you recommend for a QHD 27" 240hz flat screen monitor?
Thanks
I got the ViewSonic and love it. I got the Tuff first and the View sonic looks better. Thank you.

I purchased the 1440p Dell monitor on Boxing Day because of your recommendation. Had to go with the 32" as the 27" wasn't carried at my local stores. It's a great monitor and I'm very happy. Thanks, Jason!
So glad we could help!!

The Samsung G7 was a great buy, bought it 1.5 yrs ago and it’s still a banger!!
I guess it depends on what games you play, but for esports titles 1080p is probably where people want to look to.
I am only into platformers not shooters, would more than 60hz monitor be worth it?
I’m a console gamer and I just recently got the acer nitro V2 monitor and it’s great!! I get 4k 120hz smoothly playing almost any game. The hdmi 2.1 really makes a difference is smoothness and quality!

I was totally blown away when watched the first HDR video on youtube. First game to play with HDR was The Callisto Protocol. And let me tell you. HDR is a real gamechanger. The difference in picture quality is day n night difference. got it for 410 € :)
Absolutely! Once you've experience real HDR its hard to go back

Hi, I want to buy a video card MSI G-FORCE 4060 ti gaming X, so what monitor do you recommend me to buy?.
Hi Jason- I love your videos and help. I am confused by your monitor rankings sometimes. In your Best Game Monitor videos for 1440p 240Mhz monitors, I don't know which you prefer between:
1. GIGABYTE M27Q X 27"
2. Alienware AW2723DF
Monitor will pull double duty as a main desktop monitor for office work as well, so text clarity is as important as streaming movies.
Easy 10/10 monitor and I would HIGHLY recommend this monitor if you're looking to upgrade for your ps5 to take advantage of the 4K + 120hz capability.

nvm
Thank you have been waiting for this even though I’m nowhere near my money goal for my pc setup 😂
Hope its helpful/inspiring! (:

What is your feeling on the ASRock 34 inch gaming PC? I am seeing it in the sub 500 range and am intrigued.
Got the Samsung G7 4K for 460€ on Black Friday, also a very good model👍🏼
Nice!
This its by far the best video I've found abt monitors either spanish or english but one thing I've notice everyone missed or just me seems to care abt it its the speakers. Most of the Monitor dont have speakers and at least me I prefer to use speakers rather then headphones or any external speakers. Thats why I kinda still with the Samsung SyncMaster T24 but its becoming a problem due im able to play at 100 FPS with high settings and the monitor its just 60hz.
got the odyssey g7 for 412 eur yesterday. good deal or not? it doesnt have any flickering issues or bad backlight bleed
I bought the G7 odyssey in June for 410€…I think I made a great choice. I really love the curves and the colour with the resolution of the screen. I mainly play games like pubg and dota…but I bought recent the forza horizon 5 and it’s amazing.

People who bought BenQ mobiuz what are your opinions? I am planning to buy this exact monitor and is it worth it?
What about the AOC C32G2ZE 32” Curved frameless gaming monitor full HD 1920x1080, VA, 0.5ms 240HZ. Is that as good as the other one on your list . 100% for gaming ?
I love this channel! as an old dog that won’t learn new tricks. I’m finally learning about PC systems (gaming) and now monitors, my current IPS has horrible black contrast and I have wore myself out looking on forums and Reddit trying to find settings. VRR doesn't work with HDMI 2.0? So it has to be display port 1.4 or HDMI 2.1?
I have a gamings laptop NVIDIA 3070, RYZEN 7. would you recommend 1440p 144hz monitor ?
It all depends on what you need and want.
wow that sounds amazing!! Im jealous (;
Any recommendations for upgrade from a gtx 1080 currently have i7-7000k?

Thank you for sharing!
What do you think of the LG 27” OLED gaming monitor ?
I have a MSI G24C6, for both pc and Ps5. Is that any good ?

Will the Gigabyte m27q pro be good for the Xbox series x and to play Fortnite if not, what else do you recommend?
Just ordered the G7 for $500 father's day sale from best buy's website (also believe amazon has a sale too). Can't wait to test my new PC I ordered with it (RTX 4070). Currently using the M28u on my PS5 which looks and performs great. Super excited to join the master race!

Thanks for the video, ordered the AW3423DWF as I was waiting for a sale and it finally is now! As a developer I'm a little concerned about burn-in, but at least there is a 3 year warranty and built-in protection.
Do you think the Asus VG279QM 27" could be a very good choice for xbox series S? Or is there better options for under 250$?
