Replacing one of those crank shaft seals in a couple days for a customer, good thing i gave it a quick google, first time i've seen one like that, probably would have stood there staring at it for a bit trying to figure it out lol
Nice work ......
Could you say what brand of timing kit you used......if not OEM
Awesome job man keep up the good work and content man. By any chance do you work ok the ram promaster 3.0 diesel or the fiat ducato. I'm having trouble with low fuel pressure code?
Thanks! Sorry we don't have that model here in PH.
Where’s the correct timing mark on the keyway fuel pump sprocket? Is it the dimple or the hole directly opposite the counterweight on the back of the sprocket. I’m confused
Great video, how did you disengage the tensioner?
Push it in and insert a lock pin. Thanks!
Great work! Would you kindly state the position on the crankshaft before locking it with the alignment tool?
Hi Russell! You’ll need the alignment tool to set the crank into position. It only goes one way onto the crank pulley bolts. Easiest way to do this is to set the timing to TDC beforehand
@@btdgarage thanks very much. Will do that. Which cylinder TDC will this be?
Good morning this is Engineer Sunny

Please for the timing system should the number one piston come up fully or not fully
Hi! Not fully at TDC
@@btdgarage thanks
How many kilometres until I change timing chain ? How often ?
Mileage when to change timing chain
How to remove cooler egr ?
You may need to take your top block off as the cooler egr is right behind it. Just doing a head gasket on bt50 2012. So going to change my one as this could be the problem to my blown head
