I'm loving watching her build out the SUV from scratch. I was thinking about the mini fridge too. She has alot of real estate on that left side of the bed that if tetris'd wisely I'm guessing can fit a mini fridge w the surface on top the fridge for the crockpot, the eco flow and small storage/extra food prep area with pull out drawers for supplies, tools etc. Seat behind driver for luggage etc, change in passengers seat. Or at least that's how I'm imagining it.
