Your videos are gonna keep me motivated, and also encourage my wife. In the last video I did (80s/20s) you referenced the weights you were using. Is the any chance you can do this for future videos? I like that you have the next workout in the corner that's super helpful. I have terrible knees so the static lunge is really difficult and painful is there something I could swap it with that is a little easier on them?
