  • Hi Everyone! This is a fantastic workout for leg strength. Work on bending your knees more and lifting your heels more. You'll feel how much your leg muscles have work to do this. It's harder than it looks! Holding onto a chair helps you get the feel for the combination of knee bend AND heel raise. You will get stronger! This video also includes a helpful sequence for back health. If you have minor back pain, this sequence will help you.
