- This is a quick review over the features and the functions in the 2019 Honda Civic EX. If you're considering purchasing one, or you have already purchased one this is a nice refresher over the amenities in the vehicle.
It's 2024 and I'm going to test drive this car here in California next week. Thanks for the walk-around, I really appreciate seeing everything so I'm not overwhelmed - I'm coming from a 96 Accord!
Just bought my Honda Civic 2019 EX-L Hatchback and your run down of this vehicle is great. I upgraded from a base level Ford Focus 2008 (no automatic door locks, windows, nothing) to this spaceship.

Yes same here; a teacher myself an salesman ONLY rode during test drive and introduced me to Dave the Finance mngr. that did 99% of the work and got me more for my trade and payments closer to my comfort zone. You taught me about my new “Awesome Civic” because salesman literally did nothing and explained less……#Thankyou(youshouldworkforHonda)

glad I came here and watched this video,,, wow Brake Hold - Genius, I'm getting a new car because I have a manual transmission civic and will be in bumper to bumper traffic... Brake Hold - Wow! wonder if the Accord has this too?

Would you rather choose a 2016 civic lx 2.0L over a civic 2019 ex 2019 2.0L model and why?

Sure the biggest difference is leather. But there are three differences:

Does the shape of the rear windshield impact visibility at all? I've heard it's absolutely terrible in the hatch...
The hatch has a spoiler effecting visibility. The sedan is better.
Does lane keep assist work for drifting left if you have the right blinker on and vice versa?
If you engage a blink it suspends lane keep assist.
@@JustinFullerReviews ok so it suspends all lane keep assist. It would be nice if it left lane keep assist on for the opposite side in which you have your directional on. I am also laughing a bit because I think I self identified as a Massachusetts resident by using the term blinker or more affectionately called a "blinka"
I have an EX but mine doesn’t have fog lights?
wow, they've come a long way in safety think I'll just upgrade my Civic to the 2019 model, does the LX Not have all this cool stuff? camera on passenger side mirror, and the cruise control stuff?
The LX does offer Honda Sensing (safety features). But it does not offer the touch screen, Apple CarPlay, Honda LaneWatch Camera, and a few others. In my opinion the jump up to the EX is well worth it. PS -Thanks for watching!

Anytime you're looking at a Honda for a first car you're in good hands. They're known for being safe, reliable, and they resell well when you're ready.

@@matteocarlini27 I'm not a huge fan of leather. And I just don't justify the cost. For that reason I would recommend the EX

Several of the wheels (depending on trim) on the Civic offer different looks. I am showing the stock set up on this vehicle in the video.
Does this car have parking assist? Like auto parking.
Honda offers the backup camera with active guidelines and cross traffic monitoring in relation to parking. Some of Honda's lines also offer parking sensors.

Im looking to buy one and I found one for $19,999 and I would be making roughly $330 monthly payments. Do you think that it a good price? It’s the same exact one shown in this video.
A few questions. is this a new 2019 Civic EX for $19,999 plus TTL? If so what is the out the door cost? You said you are paying $330/mo. What is your interest rate and how many months? Is this at $0 down? Is there a trade involved? You really have to look at your overall deal. Something does seem off though, I have not seen an EX Civic get sold for $4631 off ever....
How do u access infotainment system without turning on the engine?
Press the start button without pressing the brake
Does the s on the ex is sport and what does the L mean
S = Sport mode L = lower gearing
What do you use to clean the car seat?
A general purpose cleaner will usually get the job done, and it will not hurt the material.

They use within 5% of legal limit... per Texas laws. Should be 20% on back and 35% on sides I believe.
How do you unlock the passenger door as soon as the driver door is unlocked?
Kuro Ryu go into vehicle settings on touch screen and hit door lock/unlock mode

It does not, but you can get them aftermarket added.
