I'm 29 YO and I've been single since 2016. I don't have kids either. I do desire a relationship but I've learned some things from past relationships that have made me more cautious of who I let inside my life. I used to beg for love. I used to think that when I got the guy, I would be happy. I was wrong. I found, self love is what I needed. I'm still on the journey to self-love but I now feel better and happier. This doesn't mean I don't long for a relationship. I do, but I also feel okay not having one. So, if you are reading this and feel sad for a love reason, cry and let everything out. Just cry. If you do your soul work it will attract your equivalent soul mate. Work on yourself first and foremost: validate the past, heal from it, but also acknowledge it will travel with you but it does not have to define you or the next relationship. Not a one glove fits all. Keep your experiences but understand that not one situation is the same. Not all men/women are cheaters and want to hookup. Trust the process and grow. Most people miss one key point. Relationships is not about love. Relationships is more about sharing and caring. You establish a relationship with someone, the moment you start sharing and taking care of them. Relationships is not about the other. Then they go deeply into Operation Get Her Naked mode. They have no sexual self control. It's ok to be attracted to the physical. My problem is, they get stuck there like a juvenile and cannot function outside of that attraction. Or, they think bec we are nice we are easy to manipulate. I can be nice. I can also snap on someone if they need it. So they need not assume anything just because they think I'm nice. Then there are tons of narcissists everywhere. They gravitate towards empathic ppl. Like moths to a flame. None of those scenarios are conducive to me being attracted to any of them. I don't give a rat's ass about someone's money if he is a narc or just place misogynistic for whatever reason, I'm noping out of that. A guy in medical school wanted to marry me. He knows it looks good on paper to be married. He had zero interest in me getting to know him as a person. Zero. I don't get turned on by servicing his needs while he ignores mine. So yeah, it's much easier to be alone.

My#1 matches yours. I am single and love the freedom I've experience in being single. I learned and practice self love continuously. I want a relationship, a partner to grow with. I believe when the time is right the person God has for me will come but until then I am living my life to the fullest. I knew there was something I could excel in that topple over the cup of love I have to give. My cup runneth over in my purpose and helped me see that I am okay with or without someone. Collective find your purpose and be overwhelm with joy from something that belongs to you. Loving yourself is the beginning to loving someone else. When we learn to love ourselves and how we want to be love we set healthy boundaries for others to love you.

You learn to watch the world around you as an inquisitive and wondrously wide eyed boundless magical sixth-sense propelled to navigate yourself into a self reliant, confident and authentic individual capable of loving others wholly, and also recognizing when they are being loved as well. Ideally each person who does this only sends energetic confirmations into the field that we are healing wounds. Casting a future into existence based on a real love model. A core life purpose in some cases. I live an authentic life, which my experiences have given me enough information that I realized my true nature, I devote myself to this realization becoming my physical expression, and thereby creating energetic ripples of possibility, strength and healing into a field others will be influenced by.
As a wise man once told me in my younger years. Don’t be bitter. Be better. Make them realise what your heart breaker or unrequited love interest has missed out on. They’ll realise one day especially when you have worked on those five elements Jay has mentioned. I’ve worked on those myself and no it’s not been easy but the journey of self discovery has been exhausting but rewarding at the same time. I’m still working on those five elements but I’m in a good place right now. Keep the candle of hope burning bright for all to see despite the urge to give up and blow it out. There is nothing in this world that is going to change my view on relationships with women my age. I have had nothing but negative experiences. So I have decided to stay single for the rest of my life and to keep my money in my pocket, because in my view relationships are a waste of money. Well I am past 40 and we will leave that there lol. I'm 5"10 and womanly on top. Males in all of their extreme horniness get stuck on the physical. Then they go deeply into Operation Get Her Naked mode.
They have no sexual self control. It's ok to be attracted to the physical. My problem is, they get stuck there like a juvenile and cannot function outside of that attraction.
Or, they think bec we are nice we are easy to manipulate. I can be nice. I can also snap on someone if they need it. So they need not assume anything just because they think I'm nice.
Then there are tons of narcissists everywhere. They gravitate towards empathic ppl. Like moths to a flame.
None of those scenarios are conducive to me being attracted to any of them.
I don't give a rat's ass about someone's money if he is a narc or just place misogynistic for whatever reason, I'm noping out of that.

I wholely agree that most people search for someone based on the first 3 chemistries. But I know for a fact including myself that wealth would not be my #2. My #2 is spirituality, my#3 emotional. My#1 matches yours. I am single and love the freedom I've experience in being single. I learned and practice self love continuously. I want a relationship, a partner to grow with. I believe when the time is right the person God has for me will come but until then I am living my life to the fullest. To love and be loved is the essence of our being. It's the reason, but also the birthright we have and are gifted inherently. The distorted versions of love are often the result of childhood conclusions we come to, that in adolescence/teenage years, will manifest an attachment style, more importantly than even this realization is to what depths you decide to dive into your personal psyche' in pursuit of self-actualization, soul evolution and life purpose fulfilled. When a person can recognize that reality only shows you what things you ought to look at for analysis and not the self righteous need to judge others, their behaviors and how you feel they be treated through the judgement of their choices. You learn to watch the world around you as an inquisitive and wondrously wide eyed boundless magical sixth-sense propelled to navigate yourself into a self reliant, confident and authentic individual capable of loving others wholly, and also recognizing when they are being loved as well. Ideally each person who does this only sends energetic confirmations into the field that we are healing wounds. Casting a future into existence based on a real love model. A core life purpose in some cases. I live an authentic life, which my experiences have given me enough information that I realized my true nature, I devote myself to this realization becoming my physical expression, and thereby creating energetic ripples of possibility, strength and healing into a field others will be influenced by.

As a wise man once told me in my younger years. Don’t be bitter. Be better. Make them realise what your heart breaker or unrequited love interest has missed out on. They’ll realise one day especially when you have worked on those five elements Jay has mentioned. I’ve worked on those myself and no it’s not been easy but the journey of self discovery has been exhausting but rewarding at the same time. I’m still working on those five elements but I’m in a good place right now. Keep the candle of hope burning bright for all to see despite the urge to give up and blow it out.
