I own a pair of doublemonkstraps from them that I configured myself two years ago and I think if you want somesthing special it's definitly a go to, but you can get more refined shoes in a similar price range from other brands. The quality is absolut okay for the price and I like the option to create something for myself that I wouldn't find somewhere else.

Got some balmoral boots from them that I absolutely love. guess I will get buried in them :-D Also Meermin (italien) does provide an awesome quality. i would absolutely recommend to have a look. There are also more good brands, but I wanted to recommend those that I have personal experience with My personal issue with thos monkstraps was a very thin leathy that is greasing a lot.But I also have to admit that they are meanwhile four years old, so there might have been changes meanwhile.

Dude get some different colored chinos, some different colored blank T-shirts/long sleeve shirts and buy maybe 2 pairs of dress shoes. One black one brown, then play around with it. It's casual, smart, and you'll look like a million bucks.
Can be worse. I had an order that didn't arrive after 22 weeks, so I ended up cancelling it. It seems like shoes you order off of their menu arrive quicker than ones that you customise or build from scratch. So if you want the latter, expect massive delays during this pandemic. Their website suggests waiting times of 7 weeks can be expected, but one look at recent reviews on TrustPilot will give the lie to that lol.
Hope you guys can get your hands on one of their calf leather shoes. Their suede shoes seem to not crease all that much, but from the pictures it seems their calf leather ones crease quite badly. Curious if that's the minority or the majority.
For suede: use saphir invulner to waterproof them or any other waterproof spray for suede. Brush with suede brush to get the dirt of. If brushing doesn't get it clean use suede soap like saphir omni nettoyant to clean them then re-waterproof. If you need to recolor them use colored waterproof spray for suede like saphir renovateur spray .
I recently purchased a pair of Undandys ( on Sale) . While i think i like them as much as you, I think I was let down by the customer service experience. the shoes were slightly slowed down by Covid 19 but no matter. But no Undandy packing crate. No Undandy logoed yellow box. No shoe bag. No thank you / shoe care card. Apparently buying on sale makes one a second class citizen. However my real complaint was the shoes weren't quite up to spec. I ordered from their stock designs ( as i said on sale) It should have been a sort of spectator style with a contrast vamp. But no one said they ran out of grey leather and they substituted what they call granite. which looks almost exactly like the black. Sending them back seemed to much a pain and i don't own that many black shoes to be a problem.
To anyone watching this video, Undandy used to be a good company, but they have simply been scamming people for the past couple of years. If you order from them, you will never receive your shoes, and will only receive constant e-mails (only when you chase them up, mind you) saying that there are delays. Every time you ask about your order, delay after delay will be cited until your order is beyond the point at which you can file a chargeback. Save your money and go with another company.
I think that a) before posting a review of an item you guys should investigate if the company is still in good standing b) if, in the case of undandy, they are now nothing but a scam company you should pull the reviews and c) if someone places an order and gets the runaround like so many people have you should take some responsibility and try to step in and help them if it’s at all possible.

I had to contact them repeatedly for my order, also in November. They eventually got me my shoes before the Christmas event I needed them for. Service is pretty bad, but when the shoes showed up they were quite nice.
Sorry lads, not only the shoe's did not inpresse, I know it might have only been for review but the dark navy trousers with the light coloured loffer looked odd, and the trousers that Preston wore I have no words. Come on lads time to up your game. Please take this a constructive criticism as I love the channel
Save yourself the trouble and don’t order. Horrible customer service. Apparently people used to get their orders but not anymore. You won’t get your shoes and you won’t get your money back.

March 2023 and I still haven't received shoes or a refund from undandy. Avoid this scam

Nice tips guys. I usually buy western boot in or alligator boots made in Mexico or the US, which can be picked up on eBay at a good price.
