Great addition to the shop! Gary Ramsey mentioned you in a few comments back in April after my back surgery and I saved the link but just now finally started watching your videos! Great content!
Gollieeeee, You'll be able to fold your own letters~~~~LOL That is a nice machine Greg. It is super seeing you expand your service offerings. Congrats BigBoy.
Hey Greg, We haven’t heard from you in quite a while? Are you OK? I hope all is well with you, I really enjoy your Videos, and look forward to many more!! Take care for now, Vic!!
That's awesome man,,I love watching your channel,,i just got into welding,,I'm doing ok,,kinda, but still love checking out what you're doing, please keep up the awesome work you are doing!.
CDF? That's great! Nice to see gadgets becoming available that will help open those bleeping security bubble packages. Trivia: put those packages in a oven they will sometimes explode. Nice brake, but now you have lost some excuses on not working with heavier plate.
😎💯%👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍I’d extend the shop even longer and wider cause some parts may exceed what you have now and reset the press break in the center by 30 X 30.
Thats a tight fit there! I was wondering why you buy a brand new expensive press brake and put it outside in the 'carport' til you moved the wall down to the end. Looking good there Greg! 👌🏻💯👍🏻🛠️🏗️🚧⚠️🦺🗜️🛠️🔧 ✊🏻🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸✊🏻
That really looks nice Greg. Maybe now you can make your own line of buckets. Any thought on a set of rolls. If I was 40 years younger I would move to California show up every day until you gave me a job. I told you in the past I have been a pipe welder over 40 years. It has been good but at times wish I would have went the path you have. Good luck with the new press. Please keep the videos coming Glenn
Now you need to ask your friends at the scrap yard to watch for I or W beams to build overhead trolleys. You also need an adjustible height rolling table using trailer landing gear as legs. Make up some autobody frame pulling pots to mount in the floor allowing you to bind things down. Off the Wall question will it crack macadamia nuts
I have a press break, nothing like that one old machine with limited dies , there is a guy that used to operate one for a living that hangs out at the shop what he can do with that thing, with just a pen and paper calculations is unbelievable sometimes
very cool break - I've seen the bendforce youtube channel before - think he used to sell laser cutters as well... if I am thinking of the right guy/company
Hey, Greg! You are missed! Hope all is ok. By the way, I thought you and your views might find this quote from a "professional" welder's channel interesting. And I quote "A true professional would never use anything but solid wire unless they are doing outside work. Absolutely none of the professional shops I work with use flux core or dual shield. When wind is a factor, solid wire is an absolute no go. You also can not weld pressure vessels with flux or dual shield. Years back I was involved in some weld testing using multiple processes and solid wire and gas and TIG were the best welds by far. Stick was next, dual shield was almost last, flux core wire was worst. Health is for myself the biggest concern, next is weld strength, then cost. Solid wire and gas actually have the lowest cost for me, the dual shield I do run, is by far the most expensive at almost 3 times the cost. Flux core just isn't worth using in any case. My personal opinion and first hand experience. Again, I am not trying to be a jerk either, I just don't understand how other "professionals" could use the stuff given the health concerns."
Whoa! Fantastic brake. That will give you some great new opportunities. Are you going to need a crane or hoist to move parts in to the machine? Thanks for the video.
I worked in a metal shop with 50 to 500 ton presses-they really need much more front and back space so forklift can place/remove sheets etc also need overhead hoist front and rear Ex:need this in order to press brake roll thick large diameter pipe etc Beautiful machine Plus how much concrete is under the press-it could crack if too thin long term use Sweet press
Hello. Tube users have said that it is not difficult for you to turn on subtitles. It would be nice for Finland to be involved, regards. esko. Helsinki

Just yesterday, I picked up the Swag Offroad brake kit for my 20t press.... Way to make a guy feel inadequate.

Good for you man it's nice to good things happen to working men.
Gollieeeee, You'll be able to fold your own letters~~~~LOL That is a nice machine Greg. It is super seeing you expand your service offerings. Congrats BigBoy.

... Congratulations, Greg and Crew. ... Welington _from_ Brazil.
Very nice! You should do track door with swivel panels that separate into 4' sections. If you have the time to build them.

@@OFW I'm happy to hear that!!! I was starting think Elon kidnaped you.

Now you need an overhead hoist for the big stuff.

Nice brake, but now you have lost some excuses on not working with heavier plate.

The plan is to get a bigger shop.
WOW that is some machine indeed!
Congrats! That will up your fab game a bunch!

New subscriber, love your channel. You are truly a 'Master of Metals'.
It looks like it'll be big enough to bend up a shiny new aluminium lunchbox 😅
5 👍's up on fire welding thank you for sharing 🤗
Congrats!!

Brilliant as always 👍🏻👍🏻🇬🇧
Sweet ride !
Thanks.
Sweet
Good for you Greg
Im jealous 😂
A heavy duty barbeque would be a nice project.
Now you can press the curve on T1 steel dozer wear plates custom fit and weld .
I have a press break, nothing like that one old machine with limited dies , there is a guy that used to operate one for a living that hangs out at the shop what he can do with that thing, with just a pen and paper calculations is unbelievable sometimes
New machine day! 🥳🥳
... Dam nice...bro 👍
very cool break - I've seen the bendforce youtube channel before - think he used to sell laser cutters as well... if I am thinking of the right guy/company

That's awesome man. Could you bend some extended forks for your fork lift?
Probably but that’s definitely not how I would make them.
Go big or go home, how cool is this.
Cool beans , maybe a aircraft hanger door
damn that thing looks sweet, and expensive. i just had some .125 aluminum bent w/ a press brake. 50$ w/ a tip.
That's badass!
Where you been ? need to see what you're doing please more content
How you're doing? Wondering if everything ok waiting on the videos of the new press you're going to a higher level hope we get to see some of the vids
New videos coming soon
Whoa! Fantastic brake. That will give you some great new opportunities. Are you going to need a crane or hoist to move parts in to the machine? Thanks for the video.
A crane or forklift will probably be used on some parts of the parts

Quality investment...run a 2 man feild crew off 1 rig, and a very nice brake that can eat 14ga 304 stainless like candy..
When you are welding machinery do you need to disconnect batteries for electronic reasons
I usually don’t. Keep the ground close
Where you guys at you haven't been posting any videos please update us if you can
Missing your videos hope all is well
New videos coming soon
Wow, nice brake. Are you pondering an overhead crane? Was that your forklift or a rental?
I want an overhead crane but that’s going to wait till I get the next bigger shop. It was a rental.
You definitely need a bigger shop. It looks ridiculous next to that forklift.
How much concrete did you have to pour for the floor/ base ?
It’s about 4” thick. Not it’s forever home
Tu est le meilleur 🫵👍💪
2:50....8 to 1 aspect ratio.......you know what I mean....nice tooling....
I miss your content. Are you going to post more soon?
New videos coming soon
Sweet
Need big forklift ,fab
are you going to start air breaking buckets ?
What do you think you will mostly be fab’ing with it?
Probably a lot of one off jobs. Probably heavy equipment related
@@OFWso clever
Nice
Hello. Tube users have said that it is not difficult for you to turn on subtitles.
