Many people were hating the design of the Verna when it first came out‚ but for me it is the best looking sedan in the Indian market.
This design worked on bigger sibling sonata. But for this small car it looks crap especially from back.

You will be considered a biggest fool if u choose Verna over city
No one can beat city engine in reliability and also the service they offer .
Hyundai doesn't even care about you once the purchase is done..

Very nice video, can you comment on the seat comfort and driving positions of Creta vs Verna for daily useage and long drives.
I adore your points, but no one can judge the softness of rides and performance of steering in slow speeds, after all it's a sedan and that to with a high power turbo engine, people who will by this car will surely expect a much stiffer suspensions and comparatively better steering with feel and feedback, otherwise I don't mind appreciating poor cars in city drives because it's easy to drive in city with lighter steering and softer suspensions
Its not really soft like the earlier verna. Its quite balanced. Ofcourse no way as balanced as the city. But still not bad

It is an informative video. For potential car buyer who are yet to visit showroom, this video helps to acquire some hidden information. There are certain aspects which are not discussed in your
video. The engine is turbocharged although naturally aspirated one is also available, but the turbocharged engine comes with Gasoline Direct Injection (GDi) technology. GDi engines show lots of problems in the long run if proper maintenance is not done in each servicing. It is quite expensive to maintain in proper working condition and believe me Hyundai Service Center don't perform proper maintenance of GDi engines (Walnut Shell Blasting of Intake valve or atleast CRC Intake Valve cleaner treatment). For N/A engines, their service quality can be trusted. There are many videos and informative articles on nuisances of GDi engine which are still unsolved. Secondly, you have said nothing about the clutch set replacement cost of DCT gearbox. It is more than 10 times of a manual gearbox. So, anybody having a deep pocket can go for T-GDi engine with DCT gearbox. For low maintenance and complete piece of mind, naturally aspirated engine with manual gearbox is the best option.

@@Nafisa-e3g Usually all Turbo charged Spark Ignited (I e., gasoline engine) incorporates GDI technology. In my earlier post, I have outlined the nuisance of GDI engine. CVT is an aspect of transmission. It requires periodic fluid changes too. There is a special CVT transmission fluid. The fluid change has to be done very carefully. First of all the whole amount of fluid don't come out in one shot after opening the drain-nut. It comes in small batches. Secondly, volume of each batch of fluid has to be measured using a measuring cylinder and identical amount of fresh fluid is to be added. It's a time taking and cumbersome process. Besides this, if too much slip of chain is detected, the chain and set of pulleys need to be replaced too. This is a costly affair. Excessive wear of roller studs (chain) happens because of repeated launching of vehicle.

Bhai Sx(o) and DCT have wireless apple play and android auto.. its disabled for now pending some security tweaks.. possible trying to correct the flaw that was in US due to which Hyundai and Kia car thefts increased. Hyundai website mentions that wireless features will be enabled in future OTA updates. Also 8inch wale lower verna models mein wireless features are already active

Meri venue n line mei nahi hai. Lower variants with smaller screen have it. But not my car that costs more. Feels a bit tardy

Just a generic question,not specific to this post. Which 4 wheelers are most effective in providing rear realistic mirror view particularly in rainy seasons when Most of your side glasses need manual intervention to clear the view like wiping the mirrors

Did you find the brakes on a softer side which lacks the initial braking bite (Unlike Virtus)? Though personally i don’t like those grabby/touchy brakes but is it good enough in verna turbo with 4 discs?
I didnt push them very hard. But they felt just right. Not to strong. Not to weak. Initial bit is a bit in the milder side. Thats true. But that helps in city traffic

Just to tell Hyundai gives wireless CarPlay and android auto in most of its cars it’s just that they will reveal these features when their car sales start to decline after 1 year to attract customers back to Hyundai earlier in 2020 my father bought a Hyundai creta but at that time they don’t offer wireless CarPlay but now they offer wireless CarPlay but there’s a hidden menu button on Hyundai infotainment screen from where you can enable wireless CarPlay and android auto

I bought new verna SX cvt. Poor headlight throw. Went to aftermarket for upgrade. Turns out headlight are sealed, can't be upgraded.
You are superb......very practical explanation...pls guide me that should I buy grand vitara Sigma and do after market changes or verna SX manual. Grand vitara after all installation will cost me 13.50 and verna SX natural aspirated @14.25. which one to buy..i am very confused due to two reasons and fear that verna will not perform well with load at uneven roads and bumps, it will touch and on the other side, grand vitara build quality is inferior. Another myth is the mileage of both. Who will give better in the city because my majority running is in the city. Pls guide..with your valuable suggestions
Overall Verna stability and aerodynamics is much better than grand vitara neo drive
The ride quality of new verna is much much better compared to grand vitara, specially the back seats

I had the old Verna & this car never inspired me to get another verna. Zabardasti ke complex grills (front & back both). Connected LEDs in front look like gaadi ke mu pe patti laga di hai ..lol. Crappy alloys..i donno why people thing that black is sporty. And finally 16" tyres dont do justice to the car. Should be 17"

Hey ur wrong! There is Wireless Android Auto and Apple car play in all variants except in the top variant as it gets Hyundai Blue link through which u can connect ur phone wirelessly! But it does have Wireless Apple Car play and Android Auto!
Exactly top end shud have it. Ure paying a lot of money to miss out and the smaller screen lower variants get it. My n line venue also doesn’t have it
