When I was in USA I had a Hyundai Sonata SEL variant (2018 model) it had the smart trunk, blind spot monitoring and other features. Hyundai is bringing features that are atleast 5 yrs old here in india compared to what is being offered in west.

Brother ur review is very nice of verna.....don't think about those people who are saying ur hyping it......ur words about those positives and hype are really worth it for the new verna......most of them are in a mindset only Germans are good and others can't be good....yes I accept they are good but now hyundai is evolving to compete with the standards of Germans that is evidently seen in the standards of new verna...... really I was expecting ur review of verna and I'm glad to see ir perspective so don't bother any any negative comments just move on with ur flow for ur lovable subscribers like me....good luck

Compare to Honda City 5th gen's ADAS feature is available from 2nd varient. But Verna is having ADAS feature in top varient only. This would be negative point for Verna.
But when it comes to the features offered by Verna nothing comes closer to it where segment leading boot space and 10 inch infotainment with more use full info now it will be really confused state for buyers whom were looking for a sedan in this segment lets see how verna deals with city and virtus

Explained truly why ADAS is created, it can’t replace the driver, it can assist the driver.
Nice review Was waiting for this Review Bro. I test drove previous verna and was disappointed about the room and some handling.
My question is, for our roads, would the ADAS features like pedestrian and cycle warning be too much. Would be beeping most of the time.(even in highways). I understand the identification of school zone and accident zone. Thats nice.

Buddy actually Adas will assist you even before any thing occurs and it will be giving you warning sounds and if you wont react then obviously it will be breaking where the same adas concept is on luxury cars Like Bmw,Merc and our TN higways were maintained really good so lane assist wont be an issue and adv congrats for your virtus booking have a safe drive :)

Whether you are telling or not you are largely biased in this review as an ambassador of hyundae which is exposed when you say this verna is the first in the mid size sedan segment holding ADAS function..you hav forgotton the recently launched HONDA CITY facelift 5thgen where from the 2nd base variant V Honda Cars is generously providing ADAS and all needed safety features with a budget friendly pricetag.. you hav to pay a lot if u want to buy verna with these safety features like ADAS and all..people are relying on your reviews..pls dont dissappoint them..we need unbiased reviews from moto wagon atleast hereafter and as before.

Dear sir, super review. Wish there was another like button. I am thinking of upgrading to a bigger car from a hatchback but I am very confused whether to go for sedan or SUV. Needed a driver-centric car with good handling and fun-to-drive element but was skeptical about going for Škoda/VW cars due to AC/reliability issues. I was also not sure about choosing Verna because of the handling aspect. But your review has helped me. Fantastic and detailed review. A big thanks!

Instrument cluster is same as I have in Kia Carens. It’s good and we know that both Kia and Hyundai share most of the invisible spares. But this time the visible part is seen on both brands.

I think the industry has now come to a state wherein they can just create a okayish Sedan and expect people to buy. They need to give a very good car to push people to buy one... And I believe the cars are becoming more practical with ground clearance as well, although a negative in certain aspects, is needed for Indian roads unfortunately. We have some amazing Sedans in offer and lot of choices to consider. I can see that you are really trying to point some negatives but still not much. That speaks of the quality of the car. A welcome competition and good for customers specifically Sedan lovers... I beleive I could have seen a bigger smile in your face if there was a diesel in place.... We have a 13yr old santro and 1 year old celerio. The celerio now is nearly double the price of santro ( this doesn't make any sense,but i thought about it now😅). Santro has hydraulic power steering,tight,but still ,it is precise for me.but when it comes to electric power steering in our celerio,it is not that accurate on turning, don't know whether its my issue or not,yet i prefer santro. I am so happy that hyundai is focusing on safety and comfort.they already have smooth engine and okish service . Safety and suspension softness was one concern. I am also a tata fan,but I won't buy it,bcz my friend has an altroz and his service experience is horrible . Tata will also fix it ,i have hope😅

I am confused between 1.5 Turbo MT SX(O) and 1.5 Turbo DCT SX(O). Can you tell me which one I should go for and what are the pros and cons?
It's quite simple u want fun u go for Manual. If u want ease and comfort go fro dct. Dct in Hyundai will be more easier to maintain as well

i appreciate this hyundai verna (2023)is being good design as a sedan with upgrade features. Hyundai is doing magic business in our nation. they makes their cars looks good without high star rating, i am so disappointed after saw the accident video of new verna (vs ) royal enfield, but the impact enfield not more damage than verna.its means bonnet folded and the bumper dislocated luckily passengers are survived. always put on-road price on the title 10.90 Lakhs is an ex-showroom price which no one even bother it is what it is when you buy a car or bike you pay on-road price only which in this case it nearly 13.3Lakhs for verna 2023 basic variant in chennai.
Ex showroom price is common for everybody in India. On road price differs for every state. People buy cars in pondicherry because of that only.
@@gokulbalaji1736 I get your point but when you watch some Hindi channels they don't bother about the south they only focus on their capital city pricing (e.g. Mumbai) in this case I did mention Chennai in my comment so putting an on-road price of Chennai doesn't hurt anyone and they make out an approximate pricing of the car on their own give or take few thousand rupees different and yes leave Pondicherry out of it as it is clearly debatable and out of discussion.
This is not a big deal, the review part is more important.
There are many websites where you get the on-road price but it's dynamic with offers and stuffs during the part of the year you go for a purchase like year end etc.
EX SHOWROOM price should be the general guide line.
By the way I am not residing in TN presently but I am not much interested to watch any other Indian Language content as I am basically from Chennai.
